Often we avoid starting or procrastinate because we are looking at the bigger picture, and thinking how am I going to get there? Visualise your future self, and then work backwards. Set realistic goals, manageable tasks, and give yourself a little bit longer than you usually would. Too fast, too soon = yo-yo cycles and burnout. Chip away at your goals and always trust that your effort is contributing to your mountain (too avoid self doubt and quitting)
