Now if you want to kill your biceps and create a extreme pump then partner this exercise with Barbell bicep curls or even dumbbell bicep curls and you have 1 half there to an arm day workout.



24.01.2022 Dumbbell Twist Curls. Try this exercise to grow your biceps. Slow Reps , Slow Tempo. 15 Reps. Hold the arm infront to make sure you get full stretch on the muscle and don't shorten it. Isolate the bicep as well. If you really want to smash and work your biceps once you complete the 15 reps pause for 3 seconds and then go into 15 quick and controlled Hammer Curls....

21.01.2022 Cable flyes. A must do for your push day chest workout. Set the weight stack on both sides. Bring the handles in and position forwards and out from the stack. Make sure your in the middle. Bring the handles towards each other and inline with your stomach. ... Keep arms bent at the elbows and squeeze the pecs when handles are infront and together. Then extend out and stretch the pecs. 18.01.2022 My Samoan brother Tai getting his daily workout in whilst wearing his Peak Potential tee. Tai never misses his workouts which is rather impressive. If that isn't motivating to you then I don't what will be. If you could put in as much hard work and effort as Tai does you'd be blown away with the results that would come over time. But firstly to get to this point you need set a goal , figure out if it is achievable , set a reasonable time frame to achieve the goal and plan ...how you'll achieve this goal. Now you don't need to achieve a big goal in a short period but rather set a good time period (i would say 8-12 weeks) and do it properly. By this you'll slowly notice your body adapting to what you are doing and you'll also notice the change in appearance. So remember it is hard to start you just need to find a goal that will motivate you to get stuck into achieving your desired goal.
