25.01.2022 On Saturday we had a team head to Scottsdale for the Rail Trail Run & Ride. Such a great little event for North East Tas, which I hope continues to grow over the coming years!! Weather conditions challenged everyone!! Especially the organisers & volunteers, who I take my hat off to!! Massive thanks to all involved for providing everyone with an outlet to get out there & have a good crack in the great outdoors. All our team members put in great individual performances in a s...upportive team environment which is what I love most about our run crew!! Onwards & upwards for our run team. Bring on the remainder of 2020.
24.01.2022 34... The number of people that have supported me/us this week... 34 clients, 34 friends, 34 humans that I will forever be grateful for!! The past 3 weeks have been crazy... not even sure ‘crazy’ is the correct word... but, it’s been full on ... As I’m positive it has been for everyone!! Every single person is going through times, that I hope, we all never experience again. In saying that, I truly believe that we will ALL find more POSITIVES from this life experience than... negatives!! The amount of people I have witnessed kicking arse & hitting these horrible times head on, have been an absolute pleasure to witness. To those 34... THANK-YOU... one day I will repay the favour in more ways than one!! You ALL give me strength to carry on!! Individually, there have been people, who have been incredible/amazing/selfless/unconditional in their support & guidance!!... & if I’m being totally honest are the exact same people during happier times. Those people may not realise who they are, but, THEY WILL in time... If I can provide a service half of what you have given me than I’ll be content. Stay positive, keep chatting, HEAD UP!! If you need help, ask!! We are all in this together... this WILL bring the best out in people... Keep the ball rolling!! Do what you can, CONTROL THE CONTROLLABLE!! GAME ON TEAM. Bring this shit on!! Cheers, Dylan, Emma, Nixon & Marli.
24.01.2022 THE POWER OF CONSISTENCY Failing to meet the mark? Somehow know your are capable of more? Is there a little voice in the ether that keeps whispering to you that... your chance is slipping away? Maybe I don’t have what it takes? But what does having what it takes really mean? These questions can often lead us down the wrong path. We often go straight past the turn off we are meant to take and continue all the way around the mountain, when we could have simply followed the shortest route. But the shortest route often seems too simple, too obvious! So we walk past it in our ignorance, thinking it must somehow look different, more complex. If you are failing to hit the mark it doesn’t mean that you don’t have what it takes, it just means you are not doing what it takes. If my consistency is good and I am consistently engaged I can relax, I can have some fun and enjoy the process. On the other hand if I am lax, physically or mentally, messy, too blasé, I am deep down going to know it. It’s going to unconsciously bother me, I know somewhere I’m not doing whats required, I may even be turning up and going through the physical work consistently, but that still doesn’t mean I’m consistent if I am failing to engage. This sets up a nasty realm where I’m not meeting my own internal standards, I’m either doing the work and failing to engage, or I am simply kidding myself and not doing the work. Both roads lead to me metaphorically having my own hands around my throat. Both roads lead me past the turnoff to the shortest route. It’s not comfortable to be failing your own standards, trying to engage a process while the nagging metaphorical foot is kicking your own arse. It’s amazing at times how long athletes will go on with the arse kicking before their backside gets so sore that they finally wake up, or not! We can also get lost in victim hood when we are doing the required work but failing to meet the mark. When we make consistency a one dimensional physical realm, we ignore the intrinsic drivers, the motivators like enthusiasm, purpose and the pure will in it. We can easily look at it and think, well shit, I’m doing the work and it’s not happening, that’s not fair. Not only is it fair, it’s justice, it’s a deeper requirement to put you back onto the right path because your resistance keeps you lost. Before you throw the towel in you’d better first make sure you know where you are, many don’t. Perhaps your missing of the mark is a deeper calling to look at your consistency a little more completely. Consistency is not at all one dimensional, it’s a word that refers to the physical, psychological and even spiritual realms of engaging in the process, it asks you only to bring what you’ve got, it’s not at all interested in what you are not. It’s the simplest thing of all, it’s the most beautiful rule of sport, the simple, sweet, pure rule of the justice that comes with complete consistency. It can’t be that easy, can it? You bet it can! 22.01.2022 The Expectation Paradox Expectation takes place in the absent vacuum of the present moment. I know in my own case my expectation was almost exclusively at the ...cost of my state of presence. The better I went, the more expectation I suffered from, and I mean suffered literally. The lack of presence hampered my own life greatly, including any chance of my racing career getting any real consistency. An anxious mess at the mercy of his own mind. But suffer I did and learn I have. Everything has an unfolding purpose we often don’t see at the time. Our consciousness is almost completely preoccupied with memory and expectation. We fail to realise that there never was, nor will there ever be anything else other than this moment, and when that future you hang your expectations on arrives, it will not be the future, it will be the now. The success or failure of that present moment will depend completely on how present you were able to stay in each moment that leads up to that coming now that you refer to as the future. If you’ve got a whole fistful of expectation about the future, then you really are not that present here and now. Simple really, present in the moment and you are present with reality. Lost in your head with expectation, and you are lost in the illusion of something that is not occurring now. We know we can trust reality to be stable, but can you trust your mind to be stable? When the mind takes over, it remembers, and anticipates. It exaggerates, it distorts, it overlooks. The past is projected into the future and the future betrays expectations, mostly because we were not present. The organ of sensation and action (the body) is stimulated beyond capacity and inevitably breaks down. The object of expectation cannot yield what is expected of it and gets worn out or destroyed by misuse of a mind that cannot, or will not, anchor itself here and now. The attachment to the expectation causes the destruction of the organism, essentially because the mind treats the organism like a machine, it treats everything objectively. The organism that is the child of pure awareness has a far greater intelligence called the intuition of consciousness. That’s right, the very energy of your own being and life. It knows nothing about the repetitive stupidity of a mind hell bent on destruction through an objective attachment to a projected goal that isn’t here yet. The ultimate paradox is that through the minds objective attachment, it destroys the very chance of attaining the goal it is attached to achieving. We are afraid of winning! We are literally afraid of the better, so we cling to the worse. This is the stupidity that verges on insanity. Our complete inability to stay present with our life and our task. The answer then is in the capacity to be the silent witness to the journey towards the goal that unfolds subjectively, not objectively. When you listen, really listen inwards for guidance, the guidance is there, it’s hidden in all the signs that you are so busy blocking out and ignoring because that’s what you’ve been taught an athlete should do. But again you are organism, not machine. A machine doesn’t have a brain, it needs an operator, we are so busy trying to be a machine that no one is in the drivers seat, the machine of course doesn’t know where it’s going and inevitably crashes or runs out of fuel. What is an athlete? An athlete is an organism, a field of awareness of the most vast silent intelligence. That organism expresses itself through this moment. You are here now, not tomorrow, nor next month, not last year, nor last month. All you have got, all you’ve ever had is this moment. Let the organism do it’s job, listen to the signals, stay present with the task, stay out of the past, and out of an expected and projected future. Let your gut and your intuition guide you toward your goal in the here and now and you will discover the most powerful athletic fuel called flow. Surrender to the flow of now and you will let yourself win. You will give up the worse for the better. With flow, you become a human tuning fork. So there is the choice here, you are the subject, a conscious organism and a human tuning fork, or you are the illusion of an object that thinks itself machine, within the hologram the mind paints itself in, called past and future. Choose. Gilesy

16.01.2022 Something positive to finish Friday... Last Sunday, a crew of us competed at Run Devonport We have tried to support this event over the past few years & I’m so glad we got a team together for this year!! Great day all around I thought it was a GREAT, community focused decision to keep the event on... such a gutsy, but good decision in my mind. It was a beautiful day, supportive environment, which is exactly what people need at the moment in anyway possible! ... We finished 3rd in the teams event! Which was a nice little bonus & we ended the morning for brunch at Laneway which is always our go to in Devonport. Competing we had; McArthur Father & Daughter combo with Zach McArthur & Lucy... Lucy finished 3rd in the 2.5km event (She is a natural gun!!) & the old boy Zach finally paced himself through a good run... most probably his best overall run in years!! Lucy will have him covered within 2yrs I reckon Sally Grimes is still our resident superstar ... always smiling... always putting in performances that make me shake my head!! After all the years we have been working together, she still surprises me!! Consistency = Success Shaun Smith continues to kick life’s arse & shows everyone what’s possible if they want to get shit done!! I think the man should become some type of life advisor. Very solid run by the man who’s well on the way back to a fitness level we all know he has in him Jessie Dallas the brand new Mum ran a PB ... no surprises if you knew Jessie like we do, but a great run nonetheless!! 5months post birth... amazing... crazy... but amazing. Danny Wilson performance of the day in my eyes... not just because he ran the fastest, but because of the dedication & pure commitment he has shown to improving himself over the past 12months or so!! He had a day out!! True representation of CONSISTENCY = SUCCESS. Cracking run! Crawford Kirsty has been a pleasure to watch & witness... the happiness & excitement she gets from competing these events is what it’s all about!! Kirsty said to me the other day I think I’m addicted to running Dylan Haha, how good is that. Emma Hill my beautiful wife finally made some time for herself... I personally couldn’t be prouder!! Ben Richmond had a good day out after completing some crazy stupid training ride & runs over the past couple of weeks!! The big fella may have paid the price towards the end Great to have him with us. Shane Smith ran a solid run with Emma. Not bad at all for a proper old boy!! He was doing it easy!! Certainly got his children covered at the moment Andrew Smith All in all we had a great team day!! Looking forward to the next event whenever that is!! #supportlocal #health #coaching #fitness #rundevonport #tasmania #running #shoplocal
15.01.2022 THE ACTION ALONE The action alone. How simple, how profound this truth is. If only I could go back to my own athletic peak and inform the younger version of my...self how uncomplicated it all could be. How invasive the realms of illusory doubt are, how toxic it is to the self and the damage it does to both the human in it and the process they are engaged in. How evasive this realm makes any lasting impression on what we call success. I look back at my own process and see how much I missed the mark by, and how disconnected from myself I was. From this vantage point I totally accept what has happened, my strengths and my obvious weaknesses. We can only work with the knowledge we have at the time, and yet the opportunity exists for those now who are passing the same window I passed 20 years ago. Why not listen up and take a short cut if you can. So whether you can believe it, accept it or not, at some point coming soon in your life the below saying will ring true as it has in mine: The wise man/women let’s go of the results to focus on the action alone. Your opportunity is this: make the above quote your personal religion and your athletic life will change in profound ways that you could never have imagined. There is only one athletic truth you need to know, you are a product of this moment, and strictly only this moment, there is no separation between you and it, other than the separation you create in your own mind. All time is an illusion created by the mind to measure. It is a creation that encourages the mind to project, analyse and judge itself separate from this moment, and there is no greater harm that can be done to a process or to a human being. Incredibly damaging is this realm of illusion that creates a suffering born of a future that does not exist yet, nor indeed a past that is gone. It’s seems so obvious when I work with athletes on it, and yet the time based conditioning that we are are all hypnotised with is such a difficult hypnosis to awaken from. This is not to say that we do not measure nor analyse, but having the ability to analyse, measure and judge in isolation, while staying completely present with a process seems to be a bridge too far for many athletes obsessed with the myriad of platforms out there now which peel away presence like the skin off a potato. Regardless of what happens, regardless of what objects are invented, it’s always going to be about what’s inside you and the level of presence and awareness that you bring to it! A truly profound performance occurs within a sense of the lack of a separation. We all know it! The same comments come again and again after great performances, why do we not learn a critical lesson from this experience? It was seamless, it was over so fast, I felt no pain, there was flow, I was in the zone. These are all references towards a sense that we get hold of and unfortunately let go of again. It is a true presence, where the separation between the doer and the doing dissolves and you become the performance itself. Tell me it’s not true, tell me as an athlete you have never felt it when you are on fire. The reason we lose it is that it comes upon us naturally, it is not added, it is already present in us, it is inbuilt and covered by layers of the illusory future and doubtful past, that erode our ability to connect to the deeper true aspects of our nature which are naturally anchored in the present moment. When athletes lose that flow they often head in completely the wrong direction, searching further and further outside of themselves for answers that can only be answered here in your own skin. The second we begin the mental journey of projection again, we have once again just left the building. I’m not saying this for fun or because it’s a concept, it’s our basic truth, just check it out in yourself. Even in my former coaching role with professional athletes I see how profound it could have been. If only I’d had the benefit of the hindsight I have now, due to the exploration into myself and the study of the Hindu philosophy ‘Advaita Vedanta’ which is basically a philosophy teaching rather than a religion of any sort, which frees people from all walks of life to access its truth and at the same time to free themselves from the burden of unconscious mental suffering. It is a teaching with an incredibly long history of non-duality. Rounding the teaching down is to basically say there is no separation other than the separation we create in our minds, which is of course illusory. If I can assist one person to wake up to the truth of their own journey I will always make the attempt. So once again, if you want the best out of yourself, remove as much of the weight as you possibly can, be as present as you can be, dissolve the illusionary separation between yourself and the process as much of the time as you can. Lastly take full responsibility for your journey, you are the only one that can. Don’t do it, become it! Gilesy
15.01.2022 Goooo Benny Boy... An absolute please to work with!! Great to see you getting recognition mate!! Ben Richmond
13.01.2022 One of the best parts of my job
13.01.2022 Over the weekend a few of us competed in the Bruny Island Ultra Marathon, 64km run, North to South. Joe McCormack & Callum Roberts competed solo!! Massive achievement even finishing!! Such a daunting task to even think about. It took the boys about 6hrs... That’s 6hrs non stop on their legs!! Crazy, but so very impressive to witness. Well done men!! Hats off to you both!! Danny Wilson, Shaun Smith & myself competed in a team relay... Danny ran the first 22km up & out of Den...nes Point, Shaun ran the middle 20km across the neck, & I ran the last 22km up to the lighthouse. We finished in about 4.30hrs. Such a great & unique event to be involved in, in such a beautiful location. To be able to do these type of events in a team environment makes it even more enjoyable!! We also stayed in a rather special location in Alonnah at Bruny Boathouse. Beautiful spot looking straight over at Satellite Island. All in all, a great weekend with great people in a great location!! Fair chance we will be back next year!!
12.01.2022 More important than ever!!
11.01.2022 THE PAIN PARADOX Pain must be endured. There is no such thing as overcoming pain. Training to overcome pain is a sign of fear. You train to live with it, not w...ithout it. Endurance events are inherently painful, the progress comes through your acceptance and non resistance of that truth, without that acceptance there is only doubt and fear, the wrecking balls of athletic success. When we suffer pain, we suffer because we choose to, we tag, label and we judge pain. Why? Because we don’t want to feel it! And because we don’t want to feel it, there is no way we can accept it. The very not wanting to feel it, results in us having to suffer more of it than we need to, because the mental labelling adds to the weight. Every fearful or doubtful thought we have has a reaction in the body. Don’t believe it? What happened to your heart rate the last time you watched a horror movie? Would you refer to yourself as relaxed as you watched it? That movie you are watching has no basis in reality, nor does the thinking you are having about your pain, but your body is at the mercy of your mind because your body appears in it, your body is hard wired to it, and because of that, if your head sends your body a scary message, it is going to react. If however you sit and fully accept and realise that you are only watching a movie with actors and cameras, the story stops having an impact on you. The movie requires your participation in it in order for it to work, you have to immerse yourself in the story. Your pain is no different, if you immerse yourself in your minds story of pain, you are going to buy into the movie and frighten the crap out of yourself, and that is exactly how the pain in your body is amplified by the story in your mind. What can you do? If you want to be free of it, you have be unafraid of it. Stop the images and the stories. Stick to the facts. Stop trying to change the picture. Stop trying to eliminate pain, it doesn’t work. You have to go through it, you can’t avoid it. Endurance sport is called that because you have to endure it. The very premise of it requires us to move into alignment with the pain of it, and if you don’t it’s no longer endurance sport, it’s sufferance sport. There is only one course of action and that is to accept the pain. Stop resisting it! Instead of thinking it, start allowing yourself to feel it. Allow yourself to contact that which your mind tells you is too much to bare. Your minds story about pain is out of correlation with the truth, it’s like a bad spaghetti western with an overblown marketing budget, it fails to live up to it’s reputation because it’s a BS story line with really bad acting. Gilesy

11.01.2022 Love this, for so many reasons!! This doesn't just apply to athletes. Anyone can relate to this if they chose to! Loving the articles Grant Giles - thanks mate.
10.01.2022 AN ATHLETIC BRAILLE Athletically people at times ask for something that they are not prepared for, or simply misunderstand. What does it mean to really go afte...r an athletic goal? Athletes have the picture in their heads of the outcome they’d like and they hold it out there like a carrot. If there’s a problem with that it’s the fact that they do the same thing with their training, they hold the session out there like a carrot but are unclear on what it is that they are really trying to achieve from that session. Often bamboozled in a world of ever-increasing space junk, the key messages are lost. If you are a serious coach, I know you have seen this again and again. There is a basic requirement, right? There’s those who execute it and those that tick it off, there is a huge difference, the ticking off is one part of a whole. If you want a real result in the heat of battle, then you must be willing to walk into the flames of the fire, the fire that the coach sets you and the flames of your desire. That fire is designed by the coach to burn you to the ground, the part of you that thinks it can’t, the part of you that is afraid to really let go and put your attention all the way into it. It’s designed to find you out and it’s designed to drive you out if you are not truly in it. I’ve had a lot of people walk away who just do not have the will or the desire to truly put it out there, and you know what? It’s ok, that is totally ok, it’s not a subpoena and it’s certainly not a definition of any kind. I always feel compassion for athletes who are looking to define themselves by what they do, it’s a road to nowhere. Even if you become a world champion, you will find it empty of definition, you are still who you are. So, drop the carrot, drop the definition, commit to the only thing that is important in this chase, you! Commit yourself to the fabric of the athletic goal, but first understand what it means. Physically in my programming there's a mix of underpinning aerobic capacity, pace, power and strength interwoven the fabric of this thing, so it's also going to be important to be mindful that in order to get through the week, you don't overcook the pace, keep it realistic or even slightly under do it. Maybe just leave each effort session feeling like you could have done more, just for some insurance, always keep in mind that this is about the long-term picture, not the individual session gain. Although session gain is important, it's only important if it maintains the consistency of the fabric you are working in, if it rips, you’re going backwards, so it’s as much about awareness as it is physical. Don’t short change your bodies intelligence, it knows better than your ego does. Awareness is however a whole, there is an intrinsic physical awareness that requires your non physicality and a non-physical awareness that requires your physicality. This is where athletes go wrong when they believe mental preparation is only in the mind, that somehow, it’s a bookend and separate. No, it must take place in every moment that you are in your process. Your coach is sending you a program, you are the programmer, you must apply the software, we can’t do it for you. We can't root out consistency from flogging a dead horse and the build-up of fatigue can be subtle, so we are always traveling the line between pushing and recovering, keeping firmly in mind that we are not in your body with you so the responsibility for your awareness within it is solely yours. As a coach when there are targets people are shooting for we have to push the boundaries a little, we have to shoot for super compensation and adaption, but just enough so it doesn't send an athlete over the edge, but we have no idea what is going on within the confines of someone else’s life, stress, lack of sleep, inadequate diet, under fuelling post training and a myriad of other personal factors are the corners and shadows that coaches have to negotiate blindly. So, it’s a kind of braille that you must take from the coach and read with as much awareness to your situation as you can. You’ve got to feel your way around it. Sometimes a tough week must be conquered more in your heart and will than in the confines of your might, brawn and mind. When we have a hard session, we have this idea we must go to war with it, I would say unequivocally no! Don’t do it, it’s the wrong direction, it takes you away from process, not toward it. Here is your perfect opportunity to challenge yourself to relax into discomfort. That sounds like a contradiction in terms I know but it is not, it is possible, it is certainly trainable and the long term down regulation it brings even just in terms of offsetting cortisol makes it worth the focus. Seriously, if there is a key to this caper that I had to call out as the number one, this is it. Relaxing into discomfort requires a deep level of imbued awareness, you can’t relax unless you are feeling right into the process that is taking place in the present moment, unless you are one with it, standing within it, accepting it. Being at war with it requires you to stand outside of it and kick your own arse! This is not awareness, this is stupidity; it requires ignorance not awareness. Where did we get this idea, we needed to overcome our own intuition? Perhaps athletes feel they need this overcoming mentality because they have no trust in themselves to accept the unacceptable. Accept the unacceptable you must, standing outside of it is not acceptance, it’s resistance dressed in sheep’s clothing. Don’t train in dumb arse, it doesn’t work, I promise you that. If you really want to be the axe then anti up, learn how to accept what is coming at you by allowing it to come, head on, come on do your worst because you know what? I’m bringing my A game! What is the (A) game in this fabric of the whole? The (A) game is Awareness. Gilesy.

03.01.2022 On Sunday we had 7 people compete in #rundevonport Everyone did a fantastic job getting it done when it turned out to be a rather hot day Such a fun & supportive team environment!! Which is what I love most about the team of runners we had compete. Everyone doing their best on the day & supporting each other no matter what the outcome. We managed to take out the team award for the second year running. Great day out with all involved ... Hopefully we can have another crack next year!! Run Devonport is a great event & we were all very glad the weather was better than last year!
02.01.2022 The Absolute Athlete If there is one issue that exhausts an athlete more than any other, it is the perceived separation from the process we undertake. I can’t... emphasise this enough, it can literally change the perception of your athletic life, in fact it has the capacity to change your whole life. When athletes speak about their training and racing, a lot of the time they speak from the third person. When they talk about specific events, unconsciously they speak using the word you, and if it’s a traumatic experience the word you gets used even more. When speaking about themselves they often use sentences such as oh when you start to feel bad, you are just trying to stay focused, but the wind is blowing strong and you just don’t feel good. They will rarely use the word I when its uncomfortable. Check out how many times you hear this pattern in others and notice it. It is a dead giveaway for me that the athlete I am talking to is moving away from themselves because they don’t want to feel something. They have made one into two. So when there are performance problems this is the first place an athlete and a coach should look, however it’s a very hard sell. Why is this important? Because you can’t thrive and perform when you are detached from yourself and your process. The idea that there is a duality is an illusion that separates athletes from their own development. There is no other, there is no you and your process, the duality is false, and it’s a misunderstanding that destroys the power of intention and will. In order to get to the possibility of our training and racing potential, it’s important to understand the context of the misunderstanding. There is no doer of the process you are in! This is a concept that most people really struggle with, however it’s a fact. When you are seeing something there is no you who is seeing, and an object that is seen. Check it out for yourself in your own experience. When you are looking at something, is there you and then the object, and then the seeing, or is there just seeing? Thats right, there is just seeing. This removal of the duality brings a clear and crisp state of the present moment to the process. This really is the definition that the mindfulness movement is driving at. Often not explained very well. We are taught that we are the doers, that we are seeing, and then the object is being seen. That it registers in our brain, and then we can take action and become the doers of what we are doing. Chunky and disjointed ain’t it! No wonder life gets so complicated. But it’s not true! Examine the truth yourself closely, the seeing is seamless, there are no parts, there is only seeing. The doer only comes after the done, but during the doing, the doer does not exist, there is only energy, there is only function. There is no effort made to see, hear, digest, to work your heart, or to remove waste, it is all just happening on its own. You throw your whole life out to the completely unknown at night when you go to sleep, and you trust somehow you are not going to wake up dead! Why? Because your life, your being, just is. It is effortlessly carrying and supporting this existence. There is no such thing as my, my doesn’t exist. Therefore there is also no doer, there’s a state of aware presence, but there’s no doer. Ok, with that little self exploration out of the way, where am I going with this? Stop creating a duality where there isn’t one and your athletic pursuits will shift from a removed, outside, duality driven doer, to a present, aware, seamless source of conscious intelligence. Instead of doing it, you will become it! The duality will fall away, the thinking will fall away, the constant efforting will fall away, and you’ll be left with what is. The process itself -unfolding in awareness as it does. Because you the consciousness are present with it, the subtle changes go from being actioned from a third party, to the action itself, you will take action where it’s needed, right here and now. Not after the duality has considered all the options, argued with itself, doubted its decision even after its done and then kicked itself up the butt for making the decision it did. This is incredibly profound for athletes, it is a whole different way of operation. Remove the you aspect and become the I in the process. No third party, no inner arguments, no doubts and no effort other the the physical discomfort, which by the way does not need your minds constant commentary, tags and judgements. You allow life to do what it does naturally when you allow it to simplybe. Life needs far less help from your mind than you think it does. In fact when you consider the truth, life is far more intelligent than your mind is. Your life creates the entire structure in which you exist without any thinking what so ever. Not a shred of thinking required to sustain your being here. Is that not a bloody miracle? And yet, we cower to threats and demands of our own minds and turn nearly every process we involve ourselves into a to and fro, effort based duality. When we experience this intelligence first hand everyday, what we witness is the silent, incredibly innate, quintessential nature of pure awareness, how is it that we believe our mind is the be all, end all? Man what an illusion. Who and what is really driving at the source of your life? To answer that question one goes beyond the mind at warp speed. The mind can’t stand in the glare of that question because it has nothing to do with the mind. The mind is far too small and limited to answer that question. So now, ask yourself, what is the most powerful source you can bring to your process? Gilesy.
