04.01.2022 Hi All, We now have a new Shop on board... McCOPPINS Food & Wine Supermarkets and Delicatessens 498 Tooronga Rd, Hawthorn Ph 03 9882 3088... They will be selling our Lasagne's and all our other goodies such as Bolognese,Spaghetti Bolognese and Italian Pork Balls.

04.01.2022 Hints and Recipes using; Pearson Italian Pork Balls... In a Large Pot add 4 Chopped Red Peppers. (Large pieces) 2 Chopped Red Onion. (Large pieces) 1 Tub of Pork Balls, sliced in half. 1 Chorizo Sausage, sliced 8 New Potatoes sliced in half 1 Tin of crushed Tomatoes (You are correct!!!!! There is no added salt, pepper, herbs or spices) Heat all ingredients together and cook slowly for 45- 60 minutes Or until vegetables are cooked through. Serve with crusty bread Serves 4
