25.01.2022 peckvonhartel is proud to announce that our BIM Manager, Michael Dunn, has been invited to speak at BILT North America 2017, a Revit conference in Canada next week. The conference is a series of events run in multiple regions around the world and brings together professionals dedicated to improving the way the BIM industry works together. Michael will be presenting a case study on our Infinity Towers project in Canberra, discussing how we made full use of Revits modelling, documentation and scheduling capabilities as well as how we utilised resourcing strategies to deliver BA and construction documentation in a very short amount of time and on a tight budget.

24.01.2022 Installation of the faade is under way at 1 Malop Street. Designed by peckvonhartel, the 14 storey office will be home to WorkSafe Victorias new headquarters and will be the tallest in the Geelong CBD.

24.01.2022 We are delighted to announce Tribute Boxing have moved into their new space in the Undercroft of Collins Square in the Melbourne Docklands. peckvonhartel were commissioned by Walker Corporation, on behalf of Tribute Gym, to reinvigorate the previously unused zone beneath Collins Street Bridge and deliver a functional training space offering a fresh twist on the stereotypical boxing gym. 22.01.2022 peckvonhartel has recently been working with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to develop a prototype space for Activity Based Working (ABW) in their Sydney office. 20.01.2022 Our latest ACT Government project, the Access Canberra Woden Service Centre, was officially opened by Minister Ramsay on Friday 3 March 2017. Innovation and a strong connection to the community is what makes this fitout unique. Tocumwal Multipurpose Service (MPS) provides improved access to acute, residential aged care and health services for the local community. 13.01.2022 Construction of peckvonhartels latest commercial workplace project has recently been completed. Located in Melbourne, the new office accommodation has been designed for CGI, a leading global IT and business consultancy firm. The new agile workspace provides a number of shared working spaces to enable employees to work flexibly and collaboratively. CGIs Director, Pete Smith said the office has been acknowledged by their members as a significant step forward in enhancing morale, cultural change, and being an environment that members enjoy working in. 10.01.2022 The newly refurbished 17 Moore Street building in Canberras CBD has been officially opened. peckvonhartel completed a design transformation which has re-branded the building with an extensive refurbishment internally and externally. 17 Moore Street now offers a modern and energy efficient office accommodation and is the only refurbished office building in Canberra CBD that has achieved a 5-star NABERS Energy rating. 06.01.2022 The entire peckvonhartel team recently travelled to Melbourne for our annual conference. This years conference focused on the future of peckvonhartel, what it will look like, and how to get there. The two day event included a number of collaborative workshops and discussions, and finished with our highly anticipated Awards Dinner where we celebrated the successes of peckvonhartel and the talent and achievements of our staff. 05.01.2022 peckvonhartel is a proud supporter of community service groups. As a company we have a common goal to make a difference in our community by providing design services to those who need it most. The most recent example of this initiative is our pro-bono design work for the recently refurbished Hipsley Room for Lifeline Canberra. The critical service Lifeline provides to support people in crisis and save the lives of those experiencing thoughts of suicide can now be performed in the improved facilities delivered by this office upgrade. This project continues our ongoing support to the community, working with groups such as Lifeline, Barnardos and Pegasus.
