22.01.2022 New NSW Cycling Package is a Good Start But Shared Paths are Not Safe! The Chairman of the PCA, Harold Scruby, said: We congratulate Minister Gay for being the first politician in Australia to tackle the problem of cycling safety. Unfortunatelyhe has failed to tackle the most important issue and that is speed limits on Shared Paths and the penalties for speeding on a bicycle.
22.01.2022 The Pedestrian Council has been calling on the Minister for Transport and the Chief Executive of the RMS to urgently review their compliance and enforcement of portable variable messaging signs (VMS). 13.01.2022 This is an excerpt from the ABC-TV documentary, the Killing Season Part 2. It was screened nationally on Tuesday 16 June 2015. It shows former union boss and champagne socialist, Paul Howes, deliberately and arrogantly flouting the law, while being filmed by an ABC cameraman. He not only uses a mobile phone while driving, taking his eyes off the road for some time, he appears to be texting or dialling a number.

10.01.2022 2011 - 2020 Road Safety Strategy signed by all federal, state and territory road ministers states that 34% of road deaths are attributable to speed. This irresponsible advertising by Bentley is aimed at glorifying speed and has been widely condemned by leading road safety experts. The Advertising Standards Board has correctly banned this ad.
