Must be available Wednesday through Sunday. Must have Barista experience and demonstrated experience in hospitality. 11.01.2022 Happy Friday Everyone! We would like like to let everyone know that the Cafe will remain closed until Tuesday the 3rd of November, after that, it will be business as normal until the kitchen remodel, hopefully this will be done during the night. We are getting very excited about the relaunch, we've had our new chef cook up a storm and his food is amazing!... You will be able to try our new menu (including our gluten free options in the takeaway) hopefully by the end of November. Stay tuned for more updates The takeaway is open as per normal trading hours.

09.01.2022 Crayfish Pre-orders now available! Pedro's is now accepting pre-orders for fresh Tasmanian Crayfish at $55kg live and $60kg cooked. Pay on pickup. Our exclusive partners Lighthouse Lobster on the west coast will be heading out to sea to fill their first orders very soon so pre-orders are welcomed. ... All pre-orders will be informed when the boat is returning to arrange a pick up time. (Next 7 - 10 days) To make an order, please call Brody on 0409 903 043. 07.01.2022 Soooooooooo .....we have been a bit quiet but we have been busy crafting some changes in our favourite place. In case you didn't notice, Pedro's Takeaway and Cafe has new owners Jane and Brody are so excited to carry on such a fine tradition in Ulverstone with the best views and a great team And guess what! Some exciting changes are being made to bring you more options ... Very soon to be released is our Grilled and Gluten free range in our takeaway. Delicious and divine freshly cooked seafood yumminess At the same time extra fryers are being installed, this increases our capacity and shortens our wait times especially during peak periods And, we have been tinkering in the shed on our Cafe. Our team are quite pleased with our dishwasher (champions they are) and our incoming Chef will love our additional equipment and space in a new kitchen Look for a launch of our new menu soon! Next week we begin our journey with Giaconda Coffee in our Cafe with a new shiny machine Looking forward to delivering great coffee, every cup and every mug We have a new name for our Cafe being released soon, just putting our final creative touches in place All in all, we thank you all for your support, your feedback always remains our number one. 06.01.2022 We are reopening tomorrow! Nestled in between Pedro’s Takeaway and Pedro's Seafood Bar and Grill lies Sail Away Cafe. Sail Away Cafe will be offering a range of... Breakfast and Lunch options for sit down service and takeaway. Our cakes and gluten free cakes will be made by our inhouse chef and slices will still be supplied by The Writers Kitchen when they reopen. 8:30AM - 4:00PM Wednesday to Sunday Have a look at our menu in the photos below.
