05.01.2022 Nutrition is key in achieving your goals in the gym, unfortunately there are many people who don't understand the basics of proper nutrition. Weight loss is a common goal that people are working toward in the gym, but if you eat the wrong foods you will not see the results you might expect. Try keeping a food diary for a week and see what foods you eat for the whole week, you might be surprised at what it looks like.
