12.01.2022 Do you think there is an unfair bias against this specific breed of guard dog? Today our neighbour made a false report of a fire on our property. The report was that we had caused a fire by using an angle grinder. The police arrived and our dogs did their job and stopped the strangers at the gate. My wife told the police to wait a moment and we would secure the dogs so they could enter the property. The two were heightened as Peeka is coming into season but both were easily... secured by myself in their pen and were then silent. My 11year old daughter had come to see what was happening the officer walked past her and stated Where are they? I can shoot your dogs as he went up our drive to which my wife stated excuse me...not in front of my daughter and pointed to the pen to which the officer replied its the law to cut a long story short the fire brigade arrived and the police told them it was a false alarm and they all left. Our daughter turned to us absolutely shocked that the police had been so brutal and said school told me that I can trust the police but they just threatened to kill my best friend my wife reassured her there are shit people in all professions but I can help but think ......hey someone just walked on to my property and threatened to shoot our family pets that were secured ....and in front of my 11 year old daughter ...for a false report!
