25.01.2022 We have two new groomers come on board. We welcome Kirstie and Leah. Kirstie is relatively new to the industry, but has already shown she is a fantastic groomer, and Leah comes with 14 years experience. Our salon is now full to the brim with 6 ladies grooming. We are hoping to not have to turn so many away each week moving forward. Jade, Char and Rose are still booked a month in advance. We are looking at expanding to a another premises for some of the grooming, so stay tuned. Another reason why we were voted in the Alcoa Peel Business Excellence Awards and made it through to the finals! Peekaboo, when only the best will do!

25.01.2022 In 2013 we went on a trip to Dwellingup and met a gorgeous boy named Bobby. For 7 years we pampered this gorgeous boy. Our treat loving mate always had a smile and a tail wag when we arrived. Bobby was 15 years old when he passed over the rainbow bridge this week. To Bobbys family, who are Peekaboo family for life, we send our heartfelt condolences. Rest easy Bobby, you will be forever missed and so will your smile.

24.01.2022 ***Snake Avoidance Training- Mandurah 2020**** The weather is starting to heat up and with it snake season is fast approaching. Precision K9 Training will be co...nducting snake avoidance training in Mandurah once again this year. We will be offering group training sessions for both new clients completing the full training course, as well as refreshers for those who have already completed the snake avoidance course. New clients conducting the course will be exposed to both the visual and odour components of the training over a 2-day course. Training will be conducted at Kingsley Fairbridge Reserve, Halls Head. Please find below dates for the upcoming training course: 1) Session 1: Sunday 18th October 2pm 2) Session 2: Sunday 25th October 2pm Please note if you are attending a refresher course then only one session is required. The refresher course is vital to ensure your beloved dog has retained the important lessons from their initial Snake Avoidance course and remains avoidant of snakes this season. 24.01.2022 Please remember that if you cancel same day, you will have a $30 charge on your next booking. Some people are late for salon grooms, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot do a full groom in the short amount of time we have allotted for you, so you will get what we can do in the time you have left us, you will still be charged full price. If your dog has fleas you will be charged an additional $5.... If your dog is matted to the skin you will be charged $10 more to cover our sharpening costs of the tools we need to use to remove the neglected coat. If your dog pees or poops on our furniture, you will be asked to clean it up or you will be charged $5 for our time cleaning it for you. There is no excuse for this. Please do not let your children run around our reception area, unless you would like us to run around your home touching everything Please last but not least, be kind to us, we are the ones being bitten, scratched, peed on etc and we need you to be honest when dropping your dog off.

21.01.2022 We are on the hunt for one more dog groomer to join our girls in store! The 5th table stands empty! Jade, Char, Rose & Lee are all booked out two weeks in advance and we are turning away 10 people a day wanting grooms this week! You need to possess good customer service skills, a good grooming portfolio with 2 years proven experience minimum. You must be comfortable with large dogs and small dogs plus all in between. Simple summer clip offs to a poodle clip with confide...nce is necessary. You must supply your own tools of trade. This is a fast paced, noisy but fun environment, with some extremely talented ladies! Inbox for those with experience only. 13.01.2022 Tomorrow is bulk order day! Cassi delivered some today to the Halls Head And Erskine Areas, and the rest will be collected tomorrow. That tops the week at 200...kg of raw meat sold and almost 100kg of cooked sold. We have gone through just over 96 containers of treats! The cook is working tomorrow to play catch up for all the food that sold this week. 10.01.2022 A timely reminder PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN THE SHOPS The vast majority of these rawhide products and treats come from China.... Their journey starts with the hides being soaked in a toxic sodium sulphide to remove the hair and fat. More chemicals are used in order to split the hide into layers which is then washed with hydrogen peroxide to give the white "pure" look and remove the rancid smell. Now comes the pretty festive colours and the glue to form cute shapes. They regularly cause intestinal blockages and choking. The chews go slippery when wet and are near impossible to get hold of to save a choking dog. Please be safe with your dogs!
