Healthy habits include exercising more than 12 times per month, at least 5 serves of fruit and vegetables per day, avoiding or quitting smoking and keeping alcohol intake to a moderate level. Other tips to optimise health include getting enough good-quality sleep, eating at regular times, restricting eating to daylight hours and reducing stress.



18.01.2022 Clinical research showed "that mice on the canola-rich diet were fatter and had impaired working and short-term memory and less ability to learn". Not sure about all of you, but I certainly don't need to be fatter nor have an impaired memory. There are many healthier options if we need to use cooking oil such as Coconut oil, Olive oil and Ghee.
