14.01.2022 Winter Kermese At the start of the year, the club had planned to run a number of Kermese events at the Motorplex through the winter season, this facility was to replace the Serpentine course that was determined to be too dangerous with the additional traffic observed last winter. The planned events were
13.01.2022 BEWARE - The cycle path between Zig Zag Rd and Mundijong / Kulija Rd is closed. The main roads website states for testing to begin the repair. There is a detour in place along Baldivis Rd, it is not great, but they are trying by reducing the speed limit. At this stage closed until 19 FEB.

12.01.2022 PDCC That course at the Motorplex is always tough, the windy conditions down that drag strip just make it tougher. Throw in the climb every lap it, doesnt take long for your legs to scream! There was some really great racing today, it was great to see everyone there, and we hope
12.01.2022 Again, the weather turned it on for us today for the North Dandalup Handicap. The problem with this out and back course is we dont see any of the race from the start / finish line, so all we got was who won. Thomas Grantham showed us that he can climb, and how much he wants to be promoted to C grade. He rode a great race from the limit bunch beating the next best limit rider by 6:28 to take the race. It was a close finish with a two up sprint for second that went to Kane Bla...ckburn (G8), and then a few minutes back to Joe Winfield (G7). There were clearly a few unknown hiding in the bunches today. The mid field bunches beat scratch home by only 1 minute and we saw Stephen Hall take out the fastest time of 1:12:15 which looks like a course record with the Strava Segment bested by 57s. https://www.strava.com/segments/4629862 Darcie Richards took out the First Woman finishing in 10th Place finishing with a big bunch. Well done to everyone that raced today. It looked like a good race. As always, thank you to our volunteers today. Next week we have thrown in an additional race - a Kermese at the Motorplex. A bit of fun, and hard racing. See you then. Results of todays Handicap have been posted here - https://results.sporthive.com/events/PC1795362

04.01.2022 Results - Dog Hill RR #8 We continue to be overwhelmed by the quality of the fields and racing we are seeing this year throughout our entire winter season. 02.01.2022 Club Championship Results What a day for a race, real "classic" weather faced the competitors for the 2020 Club Road Race Championship. Congratulations to everyone that turned up to race today, the weather certainly made the racing tough, and the championship event probably the hardest race of the year. Congratulations to all of the new
02.01.2022 North Dandalup Handicap Registrations Open Our club handicap event registrations are now open. Jump onto entryboss here and register - https://entryboss.cc/races/5211 Our little club event could not even begin to compete with the Classic Open event of the Collie to Donnybrook and Return that was run so well on the weekend by Collie Cycle Club. ... Congratulations to the team on such a fantastic event. With only 8 seconds between the winners and the chasing scratch bunch, the handicapper did an amazing job. We certainly did not plan to have 2 handicaps in a row split by the Collie event, but that is the COVID year for you, it is making for an interesting season. To get motivated, here is the full video on the running of the 95th edition, including additional footage of the turn in Donnybrook. https://youtu.be/sjveBGeHzJw Collie to Donnybrook and Return Cycling Classic 2020
