22.01.2022 Peel Electronics is working in collaboration with AG-006 Committee for Australian Standards - AS/NZS 5601.2:2013 Gas installations LP Gas installations in caravans and boats. Along with meetings and discussion with DNRM Qld government Chief and Principal Inspectors, Energy Safe and other industry Regulators. A submission has been provided for safety on Marine Vessels and Caravans for LPGas detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors (combustibles and CO). Also, calibration and maintenance for accuracy and traceability/reliability of detection systems. Our Aussie made and designed product is suited for this application, and is set at Australian Marine Safety Standard alarm point levels, calibrated, and locally supported.

22.01.2022 For Safety and OHS compliance install Australian Made Peel LPG/Propane/Methane (Natural) Gas Detectors. 22.01.2022 Peel Electronics also supplies and designs/manufactures product to the 4wd industry. Scheduled orders are taken well into 2018, and many of these products are making there way to China, boom again for Aussie export.....

20.01.2022 USA EXPORT Product Version 2, using multilayer PCB Design to reduce product size, and upgraded to Version 2. Peel Electronics Revision 2 in house design - For ease of final assembly, lowered cost, and smaller PCB footprint allows customer to speed up final assembly processes, to reduce labour/time cost. Product will be tested in USA next few days, and subsequent orders delivered late April 2018. Our local engineering expertise, has explored ways to reduce costs, for our customer, and succeeded. Production qtys are increasing due to higher demand and is expected to increase over 2018. Three other Peel product designs have been sent for testing and are expected to add to the existing export product line, increasing Aussie Export opportunity.

20.01.2022 Update on Peel/USA project - First order received late 17, USA needs product by Jan. 1 18, large order is manufactured, assembled, tested and software programmed here at Peel, first shipment sent and received, tested and ready for final assembly/testing by our trusty US counterparts, for delivery on time. 19.01.2022 The first of many control systems for remote pneumatic air valve control, to be utlised by end user RIO TINTO. Peel Electronics has engineered, designed and assembled these customised control panels, and electronics, in collaboration with our customer. They are the first of multiple control panels that will be installed into Rio Tinto sites. Peel Electronics has the facility to co-ordinate, design, and engineer specialised products locally in house.

19.01.2022 Peel Electronics designs and builds a product for a large building Automation company CO Carbon Monoxide Sensors 4-20mA for PLCs. These sensors detect and monitor Carbon Monoxide in underground carparks around Australia, most in Melbourne, according to Australian Standards. Utilised for energy saving and safety.

16.01.2022 Peel Electronics is contacted to reduce harmful CO emissions from small engines and works in collaboration with Worksafe Victoria and engine supplier. This is where our past experience with Euro 2, Euro3 and Euro 4 passes at Vipac test facility in Automotive experience, assists with the reduction of harmful gases in this instance. Peel Electronics preliminary tests show CO levels extremely high with previously supplied machines, up to 6-7% (60,000-70,000ppm levels) Arduous testing shows Peel Electronics products reduce same machine to levels of 0.05% or 500ppm, a drastic reduction. Also, monitors of the electronics to check system in specification is developed and implemented - This product is based on an existing product designed for the US market.

14.01.2022 April 2017 Peel Electronics is made distributor of Figaro Gas Sensors in Australia, http://www.gas-sensors.com.au/ A visit from the directors of Figaro Japan to Peel seals the deal. This also assists Peel with internal cost of sensors, and direct development support from Figaro, and also marketing costs supported by Figaro.

08.01.2022 Update on Peel/USA project - EPA testing in Canada of US product (with Peel electronics product) not only surpasses emissions, but is lower than the 50% limit of emissions (i.e. lower the half the lowest limit) - This provides the system with a Blue Sky pass, one of the best, Midnight Oil would be proud.... Contracts are signed for supply of product until 2022 and qtys are looking good....Boom for Aussie manufacturing....

07.01.2022 Fast Prototyping for PCB Design A Global customer provided PCB files (under confidentiality agreement) on the 20th March 2018, and requested working finalised Pre-production Prototypes by the 15th of April 2018, to showcase to a Japanese customer. Peel Electronics delivered (as in Picture) completed working prototypes, early, on the 10th April 2018, much to the delight of the customer. Next phase is for customer to validate prototypes, and move forward with Production Orders. Looking forward to working with this customer on a long term basis for local Australian contract PCB Manufacturing.

06.01.2022 Peel Electronics is in discussion to form a partnership with another Japan based company (associated with Figaro Gas Sensors) for the supply and maintenance of Industrial type Gas Detection. Preliminary visit from Japan based company successful, and next step in early 18 is another visit to explore supply of units to potential customers, Peel as distributor in Australia. Discussions were held during visit by managers from Japan, at the combined Gas Sensors Australia Stand in Melbourne at the Electronex exhibition recently.

05.01.2022 Peel Electronics finalises prototyping of new product, actually 3 combined products in one module, for the monitoring of emissions, and engine and fuel control. Demonstrations are conducted with large American company. Peel product outperforms existing products, by way of better emissions and more power under load. American company gives the go ahead for further testing by way of investing $40,000USD for EPA testing and certification of Peel/USA company product. Very exciting for Peel and Aussie engineering/manufacturing.

02.01.2022 Peel Electronic is currently assisting Red Bulls Triple Eight Race Engineering Team with O2 Gas Sensor Technology. Triple Eight Racing Engineers are racing ahead as usual, in the design Phase of a low cost open source Ventilator to assist in the global Coronavirus Pandemic. 02.01.2022 Peel Electronics new technology Infra Red 4000 Series CO2 and O2 Gas Detectors, for monitoring in Hotels, Restaurants, any venues with post mix drinks. Install a Peel designed and manufactured detector for compliance to AS5034, and Worksafe OH&S. East Gippsland Shire has approved of the upgrade detection system for the Raymond Island Ferry. Underneath the ferry, in the engine room and 4 x watertight compartments, we monitor Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Combustible Gas, and Carbon Monoxide. Installation upgrade will be conducted in the month of February. Other installs completed this week are The Heritage Balnarring, Mornington Racecourse, Nagambie Hotel and Hunter and Barrel in Ringwood. 01.01.2022 Peel Electronics export program is expanding. For some time our products have been exported to USA, however Peel has been contracted by another company to assist with electronics for emission control and engine control systems, development begins in mid-late 2017.

01.01.2022 Peel Electronics manufactures CO2 Gas Detectors, and are intalled in Service Stations (164 BPs) Caltex, subways, and hotels and restaurants around Australia. Nearly all Peninsula Hotels have a Peel CO2 monitor. A new model is currently in development and will be released 2nd qtr 18. The new model is based on latest Figaro IR technology for reliability and sensor stability in different environments, such as breweries.
