You can apply for this payment if you hold either a Pensioner Concession Card, a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, or a Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card. You can also apply if you hold a Health Care Card which comes with many of the Centrelink payments such as JobSeeker, Youth Allowance, Austudy and a range of others.
