23.01.2022 Recipe time, are you ready?? Ok here we go with a few ideas for pear & walnut chutney. Charcuterie share board Get a Board, soft cheese, prosciutto, slices of cooked chorizo & a big dollop of chutney on the side & you have a great share board.... Savoury muffins Make a simple savoury muffin mix add some grated cheese, & 2 heaped table spoons of pear & walnut chutney & gently fold in then bake as normal Stuffing mix 3 cups fresh bread crumbs, 1/4 cup pear & walnut chutney, 1 leek diced fine, 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 cup currants salt & pepper to taste, mix all ingredients together in bowl then use this mix to stuff your turkey, chicken or duck at Christmas time.
