I choose vegan pizza ( I literally ate this everyday from Wednesday to Sunday, cause we have Monday and Tuesday off ) tomato sauce, apple, mushroom, capsicum, onion, cherry tomato, sundried tomato, and most importantly chillies. ... The key to cook the perfect loaf in woodfire oven is here (assume you have healthy starter, good folding techniques and TIME )... 1. Wait untill the oven cools down to 250 C (as we all know when we cook pizza, the temperature of the oven is over then 400 C, which is not good for sourdough) 2. Put a pot with boiling water in the oven, to creat the humidity for sourdough to rise 3. Put the oven lid on and wait for 35 mins (make sure of turning around the bread at 15 min mark, to keep the bottom from burning) 4. 09.01.2022 When the oven heated up properly, even you take out all of the ashes, it should be still over then 400C, and the wall of the oven should be white . Now I need to wait for at least 30mins to 1 hour till it cools down to 250C to bake sourdough. After baking bread, it would be really easy to heat up the oven again to make pizzas...
