I have received a lot of compliments regarding my skin and its because while in ISO I trialed a lot of cosmeceuticals and this one has impressed me!! My pigment has reduced so much Its a keeper! 22.01.2022 Well it is sad but necessary Pellis Medispa is temporarily shutting down. I would like to thank everyone for the phone calls, messages, emails of hope and yes we will return better and brighter!! Products can still be bought please email [email protected] and I can deliver locally or provide free postage. To all our clients that have packages rest assure they have no expiry date same with our VIPs and gift vouchers. Everything will resume back to normal once this all calms down and we can get back to some normality. Please stay healthy, look after yourselves and stay home if you can. May the force be with us!!

21.01.2022 So I wont bore you with more videos because there is a series of them I will make some points on my tips to consider to strengthen your immunity. 1. Supplements as you know Im a huge fan of these and take them consistently. My top supplements are Vit C powder, Zinc, Armaforce in flu session, vitamin D/K3 (I dont see much sun during the week so Im low), Vitamin E and CoQ10. 2. Exercise reduces adrenal stress which plays a huge toll on our immunity so 30 mins a day walki...ng, running after children or a pooch just as long as you increase your heart rate to get all systems going! 3. Sweating. The importance of this is huge. If you dont sweat you are not releasing acid toxins, bacteria, heavy metals, cellular waste so much more. Stagnation in our lymphatic system causes such strain on all of our systems so please move, have infrared sauna and sweat regularly. 4. Sleep. Another huge importance for our immunity and body recovery. At least 8 hrs a night is required for our body to function optimally. If not 8hrs try your best to slowly increase this time. 5. Nutrition. A well balanced diet is always best lots of green veges, lots of water with electrolytes and keeping it simple and proper portion size makes a huge difference. Bone broths are also a great way to build immunity! 6. Managing Stress. We live in flight and fight mode now which is not good. We need cortisol to survive but I see way to much stress in clients and this really makes our immune system vulnerable. Be kind to your self and try to slow down create ways to be able to stop and just be. 7. Receiving treatments. Self care, not enough of this is done because we believe its a luxury well its not its a necessity and this hole excuse about time. One - two hours per month is all it takes to come in and give yourself a relaxing treatment and allow your body to rest and recuperate. Its not selfish its about keeping sane and giving back to yourself and feeling good. There it is everything thats needs to build a strong immunity and its all about the decisions we make and the steps we take towards those decisions. See more

20.01.2022 Where are you buying your creams from? Guess which one is counterfeit? I just had a lovely lady come in for a skin consult and she said she was using Guinot. The white cream on the left is the proper Guinot moisturiser and the blob on the right is what her Guinot cream looks like. She had purchased the cream from strawberry net. She also gave me permission to share this and spread awareness of the risk when buying from online shops that sell counterfeit products. This ne...w client unfortunately has topical dermatitis and fungus showing in our skin analyser all from using a $23 cheaper counterfeit. Im just speaking on behalf of Guinot stockists, Guinot is a 5 Gold Star rating Manufacturing site in Paris. There are less than 10, 5 Gold Star product manufacturing sites globally and Guinot is one of them. Guinot does NOT supply their pharmaceutical level skin care to people without a shop front, without a business license and without Skin aesthetic qualifications. Guinot has released many Press Releases regarding this and also their findings when they tested these counterfeit products and trust me you would be very shocked and upset with what you would find for wanting to save $23 on a product. I understand money is a very important factor when choosing products but it will cost 20x that saving for a skin specialist to rectify the damage. What you pay for when purchasing Guinot from a skin clinic is 50yrs of science backed research, patents on delivery systems and 5 gold stars of hygienic practice. We ask kindly if you can please come alone 2. Your temperature will be checked 3. We ask before your treatment to wash your hands in our bathroom... 4. Your details will be updated, we will not get you to fill out a register and leave it on the front counter with all of the other clients personal details. We take client confidentiality very seriously here. 5. If you feel unwell please reschedule your appointment, the health of our team is so important. We are all mothers (bar one), we have parents in their mid to late 70s and if we are sick our doors will be closed while we are in isolation for two weeks recovering and separated from our families. 6. We will be still providing our beautiful tea trays but disposable cups will be used instead. 7. Everything else the authorities have asked to implement is standard practise for us here such has cleaning equipment in between each client, change bedding after each client, wiping down doors handles etc 8. 01.01.2022 Dry skin did you say? Yes the winter months are here and our skin is the first to suffer the affects of less humidity in the air, evaporation from heating, not enough essential fatty acids applied topically/internally and transdermal water loss. Our skin needs oils. Its the type of oils that is the question. Both internally and topically. Dry skin is a skin type, dehydration is not oil dry its moisture depleted. Our skin has a intracellular glue which is made up of positi...ve polar lipids and negative polar lipids which is why they attract to each other and bind our cells together. When this lipid layer is compromised we experience a number of concerns which is oil compensation, acne, large pores, itchy dry patches, redness, sensitivity, dull looking skin. How to combat this is: Internally supplement with essential fatty acids, Brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts (if not allergic). Taking EFAs supplements. Adding coconut oils, using flaxseed oil on salads or steamed veg are a few examples. Water intake is important but its mostly used up by our organs for detoxification and purification processes internally only about 15% of water intake is delivered to the skin.
