05.01.2022 Peloton is very excited to be starting on site at the Catalina Restaurant in Rose Bay next week. Works involve the demolition and rebuilding of the southern corner of the restaurant which sits entirely above the sea in Sydney Harbour. New piles will be installed into the seabed to support the new structure which includes new precast concrete panels along with a new grease interceptor, compressor room, bin room, stair and entry area. Peloton will provide a temporary grease tra...p and services connections to ensure that the restaurant remains operational throughout construction. If you are down at Rose Bay, keep an eye out for Matt Eltham who will be leading the Peloton team on this project!
