07.01.2022 Keen for some Relay action? Athletics SA has created a new Relay day event - Saturday November 14, 1:00pm - 4:30pm. It is a non championship event, just for fun! Would be great to see as many Pembroke athletes out at the stadium so if you are keen, please email Nicki - [email protected] with your age group and relay you would like to participate in ASAP! ... Relays on offer: Distance Medley - 1200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m; Sprint Relays: 2x100m; 4x400m Mixed Swedish Relay - 100m, 300m, 200m, 400m (2x male, 2x female) Field events on offer will be Discus, Hammer Throw and Triple Jump. Athletes will register individually for those events.
