25.01.2022 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021 https://youtu.be/6rGUWzsNlLM

25.01.2022 Yep, its their mating season. Yep, please choose products wisely to protect Australian wildlife.

24.01.2022 Were still closed for tomorrow, 17 May, the third Sunday, from last month until further notice as you might imagine. The NSW government now allow us to gather outside from yesterday, Friday 15 May 2020, if we want to meet up and say hi to each other. (No more than 10 people, and still maintaining 1.5m social distancing.) If any of us decide to pluck a few weeds whilst out and about we wont be covered by councils insurance as Bushcare is still suspended. (The photo was taken May 2019 when COVID 19 was absent.)

24.01.2022 Save the date please. In this slideshow, you see a Rufous Fantail, a papa Grey Butcher Bird with his hatchlings, a dad & a son were exciting to plant a Water Gum at our bushcare last month, and an Eastern Water Dragon. All images were taken in Terrys Creek corridor. For the event details; https://www.facebook.com/events/304018940361105/?ti=icl

23.01.2022 Eastern Water Dragon was watching me while I was watering trees which we planted this year.

22.01.2022 Hi everyone. Tomorrow, Sunday 1 March, is Clean Up Australia day. A few people are planning to clean rubbish along Terrys Creek in Epping. 21.01.2022 Wow. never seen that much before. They make such an effort. Beautiful lives in every corner in bush where we normally cannot see. Their habitat need to be looked after together with our back garden and front garden. We make our bush healther. https://youtu.be/v9x3owzIQLE

20.01.2022 Did you have any chance to walk through a bush lately? If not, just have a short visit. It will give you more than a good amount of oxygen. (Thx Simon Tout for the photos.)

19.01.2022 Bushcare this Sunday 15th Sep.

19.01.2022 Our weather condition for this Sunday 17 Nov will be all right. Stay safe everyone. Btw it requires very good eyes and patience in Terrys Creek to see these wildlife, which are in my slideshows, with our own eyes. Please do not expect you can see them instantly. It is not a zoo.

18.01.2022 Please give council your feedback before going to sleep tonight, Sunday 6 Dec 2020, regarding their new indoor pool plan which excavate the northern bushland next to current Epping pool property. You can see in google satellite view, there is no space to build the indoor pool at ground level within the current Epping Pool unless bulldoze the northern part of bushland. The reason I cannot agree with the Draft Concept plan is that all animals including underground microbes wil...l lose their habitats. This will impact on the entire Wildlife Corridor, which is already under threat due to its small area, and numerous aspects of a city wildlife corridor. The current bushland areas need more protection, rather than less. The project is already potentially damaging to the habitats and wildlife, due to excessive noise, light, and other risks of increased human activity. 17.01.2022 Most of the trees, shrubs, and other plants which we planted this year have been keeping good health. Particularly two of the Lilly Pillies at the north-end have more than doubled in height. About ten of them were suffering from lack of rain. So I watered 2-3 times, each new plant, last Sunday.

16.01.2022 Were saving lives in Epping. Look what weve already done.

14.01.2022 Love bird, having fun, and sharing our lives in a different way.

12.01.2022 Feed the birds in a natural way through bushcare.

11.01.2022 Our bushcare work day of this month has changed to Saturday 24 Oct, 1pm-4pm, instead of 3rd Sunday. Please let me know if you’re coming.

10.01.2022 Beautiful- We have some of them nearby, if not inside our work site.

09.01.2022 Very useful information at right timing.

08.01.2022 It was a small step of tree planting this morning, though it will definately be an enormous reap for our human being and for the universe.

07.01.2022 Very cute Terrys creek corridor also needed

05.01.2022 We need you volunteering for this local bushcare. (meet on 3rd Sunday each month, 8am-11am) Next Sunday 20th Oct. Please share this. Thank you. <<< Images Credit >>>... 05.01.2022 Off topic a little bit- Philippe Finance sent us a message: "Hi everyone, therell be a clean up of Terrys Creek between Epping Rd and Vimiera Reserve on Friday Dec 27, between 8.30 and 11 am. Meet on the carpark of Epping Aquatic Centre. I have a bit of equipment provided by Clean Up Australia." The photo was "Helping Woolies" at Clean Up Australia day in May 2018. You do not need to do this much. I reckon the main job is pick up plastics. Please reply to Philippe Finance d...irectly if you can join him: https://www.facebook.com/philippe.finance.1 See more

03.01.2022 Have you noticed this bird? very difficult to take a photo as it moves constantly.

03.01.2022 Sorry but this morning work is cancelled due to Covid 19 precaution, even though this area is not locked down by order. Please look after your garden, nature strip for wildlife instead.

02.01.2022 Be careful that the parents may also attack you if youre too close to their habitats. Yes it is a sensitive season.

02.01.2022 Thanks for contributing to bushcare 2019

01.01.2022 Nocturnal activities were captured. I also found atop of one of newly planted trees was munched regardless of the tree guard last Saturday. Which one did that? The tree was ok when I had set up the camera last Monday.

01.01.2022 Three night vision video cameras have been set up last Monday. This is my first experience. See what will comes up.
