14.01.2022 Penang noodle house refund policy We wont do any refunds anymore if the reasons are the following the taste is not good , the taste is not up my alley , it tastes like shxt Those are just too subjective. We might be a bit rude to say this but my boss was pissed off and quite upset about a refund dispute happened today. A lady rang up for a takeaway to pick up and came back with her friend after a while asking for a full refund. She said that the foods were terrible... and asked for refund. My boss always cares how the customers think so he offered a half refund but she rejected and became boisterous. Hey lady, how could you ask for a full refund while you have eaten the foods more than half. The point is you said the foods were terrible but you ate half of them. Isnt that funny you tortured yourself to eat the so called shit food. We love our local customers so we do discount from time to time. However, apparently you are taking advantage from us and bullying the small business. You try go to Maccas to ask for a full refund with 50% leftover see if they will give you a shxt. If you can, then come back to us and slap our face and we will also give you a sincere apology. If not, then please never come back ever. We are more than happy to not have you as our customer.
