23.01.2022 ART EXPRESS 2020 HSC SUCCESS ARTEXPRESS is an annual series of exhibitions of exemplary artworks created by NSW visual arts students for the HSC. This year 575 students were nominated from more than 8600 who submitted work for the Visual Arts Examination. Special congratulations to Nandy Chan and Mustafa Hidari for making this prestigious event! Congratulations also to their Visual Arts teacher, Ms Pendlebury for her work in preparing these students for the HSC!

19.01.2022 Full STEAM Ahead 2020 Students participated in this 3 session online program where they had the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities aimed to boost their digital literacy skills using MAAS’ Arduino ThinkerShields. They learnt how to code the ThinkerShields under the guidance of MAAS’ live presenters. Well done to all students who took part!

15.01.2022 ARTEXPRESS VIRTUAL The inaugural ARTEXPRESS Virtual exhibition includes 50 bodies of work across the 12 expressive forms within the NSW Visual Arts HSC syllabus. In 2020, there are seven ARTEXPRESS exhibitions showcasing 231 outstanding Bodies of Work from the 2019 Higher School Certificate Visual Arts practical examination. Each exhibited Body of Work was selected from 8,552 artworks submitted for the practical Visual Arts examination last year. Students and staff chose to wear a White Ribbon for the day and many more signed their name pledging to do their part, coming together as a community to stand up, speak out and act, and say ‘no’ to gendered violence in Australia.
