When I walked into the restaurant, our table was already set with three different olive oil and bread on the table. The staff was very attentive. They made Italian food very creative and interesting! Highly recommended.

03.01.2022 Today @chefninozoccali was invited to share his extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine with students participating in the excellent @plateitforward_ initiative. Plate it Forward is a multi-faceted, community-driven organisation providing food, cooking lessons, advanced kitchen training, qualifications, confidence and employment to Sydney’s disadvantaged community members. Together, the students made fresh pasta cut into Corzetti and Spaghetti, plus a Blonde Pork & Veal Ragu ...and a Marjoram & Macadamia Pesto. Not bad for a first take on the Italian cuisine! It was a privilege to take part, and we look forward to more opportunities to work together.
