19.01.2022 Did you know that your bladder can be irritated by different fluids? Common irritants can include coffee, tea, fizzy drinks and/or alcohol. When bladder irritation occurs you can experience a strong desire to empty your bladder even though it may not be completely full. This can also lead to frequency (going to the toilet more often than ‘normal’ ) and potentially bladder leakage before getting to the toilet. Fear not!
