05.01.2022 It is with great sorrow that Peninsula Animal Aid shares the sad news that Yvonne Hammer, a very dedicated volunteer of over 20 years, passed away on Saturday 19 September 2020. Our thoughts are with Yvonnes family and friends at this very sad time. Yvonne was a valued member of our PAA family, and had volunteered several days a week in senior positions in the cattery section since 1999. She had been fighting illness for some time but is now at peace. Even in recent times, Yvonne would come to see us all, and our beautiful shelter cats that she cared for so much. We are all devastated by her loss and will miss her terribly. Rest In Peace Yvonne.
