18.01.2022 Life is, well, a little bit different at the moment. So why not try something new! Tune in tonight to MPRG TV at 6pm for a special preview of our golden anniversary exhibition MPRG: FIFTY. The preview features an exhibition walkthrough of MPRG: FIFTY with Artistic Director/Senior Curator Danny Lacy and an excerpt of the Peninsula Chamber Musicians performing Mozart’s Flute Quartet in D-Major in the Gallery recorded prior to the lockdown. Unfortunately, due to the second COVID...-19 lockdown we have decided to postpone the official online launch of MPRG: FIFTY until the exhibition re-opens to the public. We hope that this little preview on Thursday brightens up your day and gives you something to look forward to. We are also excited to launch our online artist in conversation series on MPRG TV, presenting contemporary artists from the MPRG Collection including printmaker Raymond Arnold, painter Euan Macleod, drawing superstar Jess Johnson and instrument builder/artist Cameron Robbins. These will be streamed weekly on a Thursday evening at 7.30pm, beginning the 30 July.
