It's terrific for the busy chef too. You can make them well in advance and just pop them on a plate and garnish at the lastminute... 03.01.2022 Grilled Peach, Tomato & Burrata Salad with Balsamic Flavour Pearls. Wow, what a year! I can't say that 2020 has been one of my favourites but it certainly has been memorable.... Our family has been very luckythroughout the whole Covid lockdown cha cha (we live in Melbourne, say no more!) The kidstrooped through remote learning, we were able tocontinue working to a degreethroughout, wenever once ran out of toilet paper(hard to believe it's even something we had to think about) and most importantly ournearest and dearest stayed healthythroughout even though we missed spending time together. For this we are truly thankful.
