17.01.2022 Very pleased to be able to offer jiujitsu classes from tomorrow for both adults and juniors. There will be both gi and no gi sessions on the timetable and there will be classes or open mats 7 days a week. Thanks to those who chose to support the gym over the 8 months we were closed, we are eternally grateful. For new members and enquiries please be patient, classes are currently capped at 20 people which does limit our ability to introduce new members to the gym. We will do our best to set up trial classes for everyone as soon as possible.

14.01.2022 The topic during class this week will be armbars. A staple submission in any grapplers arsenal that can be applied from a either top or bottom position. Tonight classes: 7.30pm White Belt Gi 8.30pm Advanced Gi. Bookings are essential.

11.01.2022 Thursday night classes: 5.30pm Junior BJJ (Full) 6.30pm Adult Beginner BJJ Gi (Full) 7.30pm Adult Advanced BJJ Gi (Some spaces left.) See you on the mat!

10.01.2022 Kids turn to get back on the mat tonight at 5:30pm. We super excited to have them back and we appreciate everyones patience regarding the restrictions on class numbers. We know we haven't been able to fit everyone in just yet. We will keep you posted if anything changes that allow us to have more students on the mat. For those that are booked in we will see you tonight. Can't wait!

08.01.2022 Front Headlock will be the topic this week in class. Starting on Monday night with a combined adult class at 7.30pm. No more bookings will be required for juniors or adults as class size caps have increased.

06.01.2022 Normal classes resume Monday 4th January @7.30pm with a combined adult gi class.

02.01.2022 Return to training update. In line with the easing of government restrictions here in Metropolitan Victoria heavily restricted indoor training will resume from Monday 9th November. For ADULTS this will allow us to run socially distanced BJJ 'fitness classes' with up to 10 participants. To ensure all of our current members are able to access these classes we will limit participation to current members only at this stage. We would like to publicly thank the members that have co...ntinued to contribute to our club to ensure it can remain open throughout this extended lockdown period, we wouldn't be here without you. We are hopeful that we will be able to increase the number of people per square meter soon which will allow us to welcome new members onto the mat. For JUNIORS indoor training still only allows for socially distanced training. Given the difficulties in trying to run a socially distanced wrestling based class with juniors we will wait until 'full contact' training can resume indoors for U18s. Again we are hopeful this is not too far away and will post an update as soon as restrictions allow. We look forward to many new faces joining us as restrictions continue to ease.
