21.01.2022 Authentic Spanish Paella cooked the traditional way. John grew up watching his father make Paella as a child. Born in Madrid and then migrating to Australia the tradition continued, along the Peninsula foreshore. Lazy days spent swimming, fishing and cooking paella with family and friends accompanied with vino followed by a siesta under a tea tree. Peninsula Paellas can cater for 20 to 150 people. Cooking is done onsite and all cooking equipment is supplied. Allow two hours c...ooking time (approx). Use us at your next function, it is different, it is social as guests gather around sharing stories, asking questions and occasionally helping cook the paella. It is very colourful as it comes together, and guaranteed to make an impact.
