What started as an idea 13 weeks ago turned into a passionate endeavour to get into the best physical shape of my life!... Over 70 vigorous training sessions, 5 tough weeks of dieting and 3 weeks of learning how to pose and I was able to full fill my goal of getting on stage! We have 1 minute max burpees, I’ve set the bar at (only) 24 reps within the 60 seconds!... I now challenge @Robbie Turnbull, Lizzy Claire and Tim Matterson !
