25.01.2022 MERRY CHRISTMAS! We'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you. Opening a small business is hard. Opening a small business during a global pandemic? Harder.... Opening during a global pandemic and being restricted with opening hours? Harder again, but we've been overwhelmed with support from our local community and we cannot thank you enough. It may have taken longer than anticipated to get up and running as a venue and to release our Vodka range, but the reception of Penni Ave has been incredible. We're proud of what we've created and knowing you all love it too makes it that much more rewarding. So thank you. Wishing you a merry, happy and safe Christmas. 08.01.2022 CHARRED CHILLI CAPRIOSKA Sweet, sour and spicy with a hint of Basil. If you’re not a massive Bloody Mary fan, here’s another one of our recipe suggestions to use our Penni Ave Charred Chilli Vodka. Ingredients: ... -Penni Ave Charred Chilli Vodka (Desired amount - we used 60ml) -15ml Sugar Syrup** -Half a lemon (cut into wedges) -5/6 basil leaves -Ice ** To make sugar syrup, simply dissolve equal parts sugar and water. Method: -Add lemon wedges, basil and sugar syrup to your glass of choice. Muddle (meaning to crush the mix - us the end of a wooden spoon/spatular). -Add Vodka. -Add ice then top with soda. -Garnish with basil / lemon wheel.
