22.01.2022 Quick Tip. This is a Survey Mark. Surveyors use them to locate and define your boundaries...... This is how a cheeky Salisbury Heights gardener tried to hide it from us...... Happy Friday Everyone. #surveyingstories

20.01.2022 NOT YOUR USUAL PROPERTY SEMINAR-We aren't selling a thing!

17.01.2022 KINGS ROAD JUNCTION=$$$'s Coming North Great to see private funds ($150mil) being invested in the Northern Suburbs. Given the spike in activity around the Churchill Rd Costco and adjacent shopping precinct could this do the same for Salisbury South and the surrounding suburbs? We saw a spike in developments around the Churchill Rd precinct as soon as the shopping center was finished. Salisbury East, Para Hills West, Brahma Lodge could be next?? Have we got you thinking? What are your thoughts?

16.01.2022 Burning the midnight oil! Doing our part in this underground drill from the parklands to outside channel 7 as part of an infrastructure upgrade for the Brompton development. The drill will cross the tram lines over 9m deep and pop up on Port Road all without disturbing the busy intersection traffic....You're welcome

16.01.2022 YOU'RE ON THE BIG SCREEN Images of the Salisbury Community Hub are in. A big screen, outdoor area, multistory... what are your thoughts? Are we going to be watching the Crows win the Grand final in 2020 LIVE on the big screen? Will this boost the zone and bring on development? We aim to bring you news and highlight local opportunities so by following our page you'll hear news about lots of developments large and small...

14.01.2022 Last week we had Pennino & Associates Land Surveyors lend us an extra hand to help transfer heights on a road near Tanunda where Light Regional Council are performing some road upgrades Photo credit: M. Grainger

13.01.2022 $$$ Coming North-But from within... On the back of our recent post about Kings Junction, we'd like your opinion on another big project in the Northern Suburbs. The Salisbury Community Hub. It's a $40mil multi story building that proposes a community center and council chambers in Salisbury's main street. This is not, however, a private investment, it's a council project. Will this be the 'the project' that kicks off other investment in the precinct? Will this start transforming Salisbury into a 'mini' CBD? Does this mean potential development opportunity for the inner core and What are your thoughts? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-lZ8XuhAQg

11.01.2022 An early Monday morning start to beat the heat whilst completing a road set out near Roseworthy, for Light Regional Council

10.01.2022 CHECK THIS OUT. We love anything to do with Adelaide construction. Not our project but I assure you these wouldnt have ended up in the right place if not for a surveyor....good work guys.

08.01.2022 We have been working closely with Foresight Surveys and Mapping Pty. Ltd. by providing land acquisition assistance, needed to widen road corridors in the Light Regional council area. This Photo was taken near Seppeltsfield on one of our worksites in the district.

07.01.2022 COMMUNITY HUB IS A GO. Hi all who are interested. Though not officially confirmed initial reports seem to indicate the investment in the community hub passed tonight's council meeting! Looks like it's happening!! Is it time to buy in the precinct? If you were (or are) a cashed up investor does this peak your interest in the area? More news to follow.

07.01.2022 More Activity in the North

07.01.2022 More and More people are subdividing says local Agent & Auctioneer Dave Stockbridge.

06.01.2022 SA Gov Cash Grab... The Open Space "Contribution" for 2017-18 was released today. You'll now be up for $6830 TAX per new allotment if you lodge a land division after June 30th. That's 34% the cost of a 1 into 2 Torrens title division....straight into the State Governments pocket...at least we know they spend it wisely... So much for helping housing affordability....

06.01.2022 Not a bad office today I guess....

06.01.2022 The zones, they are a changing... Marion Council has proposed a number of changes to various residential zones within the council area. Some are going to encourage multi-story...some will change minimum areas of new allotments. This could mean your properties potential could be restricted or maybe vastly improved. This presents a number of development opportunities..it could mean you need to act now before your property zoning changes.... Follow the link to the interactive map and put your address in to see whats changing.... https://maps.marion.sa.gov.au/connect/analyst/mobile/

04.01.2022 "Hey, are you taking pictures?? Is that a speed camera?" These are questions we surveyors get all the time. Stumbled across this video that gives a great explanation of what a surveyor does and what that 'tripod thing' is. It's from our friends in the US but explains things perfectly. Other than the big pickup truck and working feet and inches this is what we do every day at Pennino & Associates. Original video available at https://youtu.be/q20-DBAmm2E?t=5s This was not originally created by Pennino & Associates and full credit goes to its creator.

04.01.2022 It's been a very busy 2017 and it's already shaping up to be busier 2018. We have some large projects on the go and some new major clients. Our commitment to all our clients big and small will continue into 2018 and beyond. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Pennino & Associate's.

04.01.2022 Pennino & Associates along with Foresight Surveys and Mapping Pty. Ltd. would like to congratulate Megan Grainger on completion of her Bachelor of Geospatial Science. She was also the winner of the Surveying SA Project Prize 2019.

02.01.2022 Working on underground service locating and survey with Ground Penetrating Radar as part of the Adelaide Casino Upgrade. Not everything in surveying is about boundary lines.....
