25.01.2022 Finally some acknowledgement of the importance of nutrition in the fight against viral infections. They could also look at zinc, vitamin C, NAC, homeopathy and herbs but I guess at least its a start
24.01.2022 I remember having a few clients during lockdown who couldnt go to a dentist because they were all shut... so, for those still stuck in that situation, this may come in handy xx
23.01.2022 An in-joke for homeopaths
23.01.2022 Some of the most valuable traditional medicines are found in the Amazon
22.01.2022 Drugs that change our way of being. Yikes!!!
22.01.2022 How indeed is the world not talking about this
22.01.2022 Finally the mainstream media are considering homeopathy as a valid modality
22.01.2022 Many natural therapists get bagged for mentioning how we struggle with being treated by the government - usually its with a lot of dishonesty and very biased rules around how we are allowed to practice and promote our businesses. We are called conspiracy theorists. Unfortunately, there are many other conspiracies that actually occurred and our governments would rather they not get remembered
20.01.2022 Homeopathy holds a key to helping massively in this disease
19.01.2022 The first code of practice laid down by the American Medical Association (AMA) founded in 1847 stated that the patients view was not to be entertained: The obedience of a patient to the prescriptions of his doctor should be prompt and implicit. Another rule in the code of ethics warned that patients should not permit their own crude opinions to influence attention to treatments given them by doctors. Martin Walker in Dirty Medicine
18.01.2022 Still think you can trust your pharmaceuticals?
18.01.2022 This is what we are up against in the natural medicine world. The rules are skewed in the favour of those whose medicine is the third leading cause of death in the US. And yet anyone advocating for effective, safe and natural treatments are suppressed and ridiculed
18.01.2022 When youre supposed to be writing pathology course content and cant get past Kanye West comparative penis cross section memes...
17.01.2022 Why is the media so quiet about this? If they really had our best interests at heart there would be talk about homeopathy and nutrition all over the world wide media about the efficacy of natural modalities in the support of people during epidemics
17.01.2022 If only we had sensible policies exploring the wonders of natural therapies
15.01.2022 My anatomy and physiology students would love this
15.01.2022 It’s not about whether homeopathy works or not because we know it does. It’s about how homeopathy works
15.01.2022 What a total saga... who would think that our own nhmrc would be guilty of corruption and cover-ups
14.01.2022 Every time I’m in clinic I’m asked which plant milk is best for those considering quitting dairy. I’m always umming and ahhing because there are so many upsides and downsides to all the different plant based milks. This great article explores the benefits and problems with a variety of different milks and is far more informative than anything I’ve come across in a long time https://www.theguardian.com//what-plant-milk-should-i-drin
14.01.2022 So, middle child loves mountain biking. Its his thing. He loves the jumps and the wildness of it all as much as it makes me suffer to know hes out there doing it. Unfortunately he came off his bike yesterday while doing a jump. I think Im still in shock. Its just so fortunate he was wearing a good quality helmet, one his dad decided to splash out on at the time, otherwise I believe this would have killed him. I have been giving him a mix of arnica 200, hypericum 200 and... traumeel orally every hour. I also have some amazing calendula cream which Ive been putting on his grazes. Hes really sore, and has a bit of a headache and Im worried that he has some whiplash. But hes alive, and as usual wants to eat all the time so Im not overly freaking out. The only time that kid loses his appetite is if something really serious is going on. Weve been talking a lot about his future approach to riding and the level of caution he might now have towards jumps etc. Once hes sufficiently recovered from the acute injuries Im considering taking him to a body worker who can gently assist in the longer term healing of the joints, especially in the neck area, to prevent the far reaching complications of physical trauma. A painful lesson learned.
14.01.2022 For the homeopaths interested in going further theres now a degree course on offer
14.01.2022 This is what it could look like if there was no corruption skewing the rules of the game and smearing bloody modalities like homeopathy
12.01.2022 What a surprise
12.01.2022 Even statins will do this
11.01.2022 Meanwhile in India, instead of suppressing natural treatments theyre exploring them and saving lives

10.01.2022 Coming up, a wonderful discussion about research in homeopathy
09.01.2022 Unfortunately science is only as good as the humans designing the study. It is never settled or infallible because we as humans are never infallible or settled. There is always something new to find out, always something to let go of thats not serving us the people rather than them the corporations
09.01.2022 Saving this for later it looks amazing
09.01.2022 Metformin- not quite the wonder drug it’s been touted to be
09.01.2022 Vitamin D is vital to immune system function and many people world wide are low. Vitamin C and zinc are also super important for immune system function. Did you know that when youre zinc deficient you get distortions in taste and smell? And when youre dangerously low it can make a person completely lose their taste and smell. Which is interesting in the light of how having covid can make you lose your taste and smell.
08.01.2022 Covid massage anyone?!?! https://youtu.be/Ith8K4cWb_M

03.01.2022 The world has seriously gone mad! People are being told to line up for hours for a test that isn’t even accurate and is likely to give false positives (and negatives) all over the shop. And nobody is batting an eyelid, they’re all trusting this test like it’s magic
03.01.2022 A great article clearing up some misunderstandings around homeopathy
03.01.2022 These guys are amazing
03.01.2022 Making a tincture of Clerodendrum inerme (aka Cleo) with herbalist extraordinaire Nina Taylor Cleo is used in homeopathy to help support people who have Tourettes and tic disorders and can make a huge difference for some people in high homeopathic potency. Others dont respond so well to the homeopathic version and its impossible to get a tincture. So we made it from my Cleo plant in the back yard. Thank you for your help and herbal knowledge Nina, sorry Im such a bucket chemist
03.01.2022 We could have told them the same thing
02.01.2022 A beautiful story about a budgie with a large personality
02.01.2022 Lately I’ve been designing some educational subjects for a couple of colleges that I work for. The subject of the day today was methylation. It’s such a rabbit hole! Did you know that one of the most important aspects of methylation is that it switches genes on and off? This is important because your genes encode for certain proteins which are the worker-bees of the cell. If a gene is wrongly switched on, it will make wrong worker-bees with all the wrong skills for whatever... jobs are needed to be done. So, what helps healthy methylation? Good nutrients are key to healthy methylation, including minerals zinc, magnesium, selenium, manganese and molybdenum. Your B vitamins are also incredibly important. But what is super interesting is that there are a whole bunch of chemicals in plant foods, called phytochemicals, which enhance the good aspects of methylation without causing problems for the bad aspects. This means it’s a win-win situation if you eat heaps of veggies. And because vegetables of different colours contain different phytochemicals, it’s just another reason why it’s important to eat the rainbow every day. See more
02.01.2022 Yes its likely not linked to corona virus because it is of a completely different causation
01.01.2022 Farmed salmon is not the same as wild caught salmon
