20.01.2022 I am constantly amazed at the way my tiny students approach subject matter. We talked about tones in leaves, shapes of petals, forms of see-through vases. We even saw a tiny, tiny caterpillar. So delightful, so honest, so true.

20.01.2022 Announcement!!! THIS FRIDAY! I'm opening up the studio at 16 Leven street, Ulverstone to carve out some creative space for myself, and I'd LOVE you to join me!! Just drop in a gold coin donation, bring your own colouring in, sketchbook, paints, & use the space with ME to create for a solid 1.5 hours!... No materials? No ideas? I'll have a watercolour station set up with a 10 minute demo on how to use watercolours for just $5. You can play with washes, blooming, salt, bleach & other wonderful watercolour techniques. Aside from the demo this will purely be creating time, no pressure, no teaching, just making pretty things with like minded people. Friday can't come soon enough!

Drawing an image upside-down can "trick" our logical brains into enjoying the lines and shapes.
