13.01.2022 I’ve always loved this shot. The way the light falls, the colours, textures and warmth. Luxury, simplicity. The perception that a stylist is out of reach financially is floored by the quality of what we do.... I’ve been designing events for 20 years now. I’ve done everything I’ve wanted to do that is out of the ordinary. Big budgets were saved for the corporate dollar during my travels in my 20s. These days my focus is on supporting my clients with my experience. To deliver all my ideas in taking their dollar further. So they can have the wish list items and then some. This is why I work to budgets decided by my clients. To offer them what they want and find ways to still deliver a quality result, within their set budget. Being a regional based business, my overheads aren’t high. So we seek to keep it real. Beautiful styling isn’t about over delivering on decor, cluttering a table or expanding a client beyond their means. It’s about listening, choosing the key elements to deliver their desires, keeping it simple where needed and ensuring the design is realistic, within budget. It is about executing and installing on time, efficiently, safely, with ease. The perception of value is in the eye of the beholder, take a look at my google feedback and people have been surprised at how reasonable our costs are for what we deliver. Maybe a professionally styled wedding is within a closer reach than you realise. It starts with a 15 minute intro call. We continue from there. 02.01.2022 It’s been a really, really long time since I said hello. For those new to @penny_lane_studio and those who have been loyal followers through the years... Hi There It’s been quite a year! To say the least!!! So, when I say these words, I’m more shocked that anyone.... We are now fully booked for 2020! We are taking limited bookings for prop hire only in January 2021. I can’t express how grateful I am for the support of those local and from afar. So much gratitude to those who refer us work and those who entrust us with your special celebrations. Whilst it was scary at first, the pause of 2020 was a really good time to lay new foundations for Penny Lane. To put new systems in place and setup a new website for prop hire, which will be launched very soon. And we’ve added so many new props, to continue Penny Lanes reputation for the largest selection of beautiful quality decor in our region, which I am incredibly humbled by. 2021 is looking very promising, with lots of couples ready to tie the knot in style. I just can’t wait to see the culmination of our ideas and theirs come to life. So, once again, Thank you I am incredibly grateful every day I step into the studio, to receive the phone calls and emails from couples, to create the designs and share our range to those who wish to style themselves. It’s been a big journey to get to this point.
