24.01.2022 So it's Friday afternoon, the guests are on their way and I discover I am low on wine (not sure how that happened ). Luckily, this is the Barossa, so all it ta...kes is a phone call to Trevor over the hill and he obligingly opens up his cellar door, just for me, so I can get some of the good stuff. Trevor, you are a legend. My guests now have a lovely bottle of local Shiraz to go with the slow cooked beef shin and creamy polenta I am serving up for their dinner and I might just have to open the cabsav Trevor snuck into my car so that my food prep goes smoothly.
