07.01.2022 When I started working with cheese, this is what I thought cheesemaking looked like: Wood, metal & maybe some straw, I was just a little bit wrong.... also this is a butter churn I guess what I’m trying to say is that I knew very little about cheese and how it is made... fast forward 16+ years and I can say that one of the greatest joys is still learning, tasting and now educating people about all things cheese. 02.01.2022 The most beautiful selection of cheeses for the arrival of a new bubba (and a bottle of bubbles too). There’s some Holy Goat at two different ages, a truffle Brillat Savarin, Monte Rosso for something funky, a mild and soft Milawa Blue side by side with a stronger Bay of Martyrs blue and then an enormous hunk of aged Gruyère. Five stars to @pmi__design for an epic selection and for letting me share this photo. The bubba’s pretty squishy special..... 5 stars to Mama too.
