Did they forget the time I had taken to spend hours preparing their holiday - a wonderful privilege that I take very seriously. What about those amazing perks and upgrades I secured them because of my years of experience and industry relationships that add shine to your holiday? Or their last holiday and the glorious memories I helped to curate....? Perhaps remember I am human. A kind, honest and very obliging travel agent. A wife and mother. Fighting to recover your money. All of it. Be it cash or credit - as opposed to nothing. Are you being the best, most thoughtful and kind version of yourself when you are working with me? I’ve lost my livelihood. 05.01.2022 I find it starts with a fear, perhaps a worry or just sheer curiosity..... WHAT IF this or that happens? Do you sit in your safety or take the unknown path? Do you jump the chasm or sit in waiting? Do you take the security of the suspended bridge or just look, take a photo and walk away?... OR do you just do whatever it takes?
