23.01.2022 Hot Tip - Pay the extra money and invest in quality air-conditioning units. In our experience Panasonic, Daikin and Mitsubishi rarely fail. In the current climate A/C throughout the entire property is without doubt the number 1 item on the shopping list for quality tenants. Quality properties attract quality people. We also recommend having your A/C units serviced annually to ensure the hardware is in good order and free from any nasty mould/bacteria.
