07.01.2022 Dear Pen Pen Wellness Customers, We are pleased to announce that following an easing of COVID-19 restrictions, we will RE-OPEN at 10 am on the 1st June Pen Pen Wellness 220 Spencer St, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000... 639 Lonsdale St, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (Shop 205T-206T Watertank Way) Our trading hours will remain 10 am to 10 pm / 7 days and customers are encouraged to pre-book massages at either www.penpenwellness.com or by calling 0499998489 (walk-ins are also welcome). As per government guidelines, the following precautionary measures will be in place. - Customer details will be recorded and retained for 28 days (name and contact number). - Customers will be requested to observe a social distance of at least 1.5m in store whilst waiting for their massage. The 4-square metre rule will be in place. - All Pen Pen staff will be required to wear a face-mask when providing massage services and increased cleaning and sanitisation measures will be in place. Surfaces will be regularly disinfected and hand sanitiser will be available for customers. - We will be unable to provide massage service to customers that have flu-like symptoms, or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days. - The couples massage room will remain closed. Despite these restrictions, as always, our priority will be to ensure that we can provide a environment for you to relax and enjoy your massage at Pen Pen Wellness.
