22.01.2022 Here we are again. It’s another Friday and we are looking forward to seeing our PVAC family tonight. And it’s going to be a busy one! Here are some tips for tonight- With a warm day expected, please remember to bring lots of water, wear sunscreen & a hat.... We need as many athletes as we can to arrive at the track at about 5.50/5.55. We have been lucky enough to get some grant funds to purchase new equipment and the presentation will happen tonight. You might even end up in the local paper! BUT, we do NEED your photo concert form, so please do not come down for the presentation if you don’t want your athlete in the photo. As always, we need your help. Especially with set up and pack down. Our ground manager Liam is still hobbling around after surgery, but he’s a good supervisor and will be happy to give out instructions. Our well anticipated RAFFLE will be drawn at 6.20pm. We thank everyone who has purchased tickets and wish you all the best. Also thank you to the amazing local business who have provided us with some fabulous prizes. You will get to choose your prize based on the order of winning tickets. If the same number is called again, we will re-draw. Our regular canteen girl will be away tonight, and Caroline will be stepping in for the night. She isn’t as fast or as experienced as Sarah, but will do her best as always. The canteen will start to close by 8pm as she has to go to work at 8.30, so please get in early with your food/drinks. Don’t forget you can also order your hot food to guarantee your scrumptious meal. If you started your event last week before we cancelled the night, you can keep the same results. If you’d like a re-do, that’s ok too. There will be the same sheets, so you will have to either keep the results, or cross out and re-write. Please remember to check in with our Covid safe App with QR code’s available in every age folder, and on the tots sign in table and the tables at the finish for straight/circular. Please have a thorough look as some ages have had a change in their schedule Please continue to practise social distancing and don't forget to sign on using the club's QR code. You've all been doing a FANTASTIC job so let's keep it up ... Given the weather predictions, we may need to cancel in the event of storms and/or heavy rain at late notice. We'll be missing a couple of committee members this week so if any parents are available to help set-up, pack down or provide general help throughout the night, please let us know

08.01.2022 A HUGE shoutout to this young gun who gave up Lego building and hot wheels this morning, to help us linemark! Looks like one of our U6s has what it takes . Helping measure up, spray paint and even running the machine back for a refill. Thanks little guy!!... Special thanks to Liam, Caroline and Tricia for getting this done this morning, making sure our athletes have lanes to run in next week.
