23.01.2022 We will be placing an order for equipment soon. Our last few orders have been delayed due to COVID-19, so now is the time to order for Christmas. Even so, please be patient with us. If you see equipment at the studio that is not available on the website, please ask us. We can usually order most things. We will place the order by this Friday November 13.

20.01.2022 Elaine Campaner 3rd November 1969 - 6th October 2020 We would like to acknowledge the passing of our dear friend Elaine Campaner. Elaine was wonderfully supportive of our studio. Many of you will know her from our photos, but you may not know that she was the photographer for many of our photos also, and she came to class at the studio, travelling from Springwood in order to support us. She passed away on the day we started at the new studio, which seems fitting as we now loo...k out over Memory Park. Elaine drew comfort from her meditation practice through to the end of her battle with cancer.

03.01.2022 New studio, new equipment, new horse! #yogaequipment We now have a trestler, also known as a "horse". We will explore with you over time things you can do on the horse for remedial yoga, support during menstruation, support for down dog, and lots of other options.

01.01.2022 This morning's pranayama sequence. Some opening of the shoulders, then headstand, shoulder stand and sitting pranayama. This was a 45 minute before work class, suitable for General level students. The video will be available in our Content Library soon.
