We respect all of our clients time and only wish for the same in return.... As a small business owner I cannot afford to live and pay all overheads on NO MONEY. Due to no shows and cancellations some new policies will be enforced effectively immediately. * We have 2 options to book your appointments online or calling the salon. When booking online you are required to provide credit card details to lock in your appointment. If you wish to call the salon we will be taking a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. This $50 will come off your service total if you show to your appointment. * 48 HOUR notice period if you can not make your appointment, if you make a booking online and cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 10% of your total service. * NO SHOWS, if you do not show to your appointment without any notice. You will be charged 30% or your total service. * Showing up 15 minutes late to your appointment, an alternative service may be offered to keep appointments running on time, as it is not fair to our other clients who arrive on time (being under pressure and stressed to do your service in a shorter period of time that will compromise your end result). I wish we didn’t have to do this, our time is valuable and we love doing hair. But unfortunately we have overheads to pay.
