14.01.2022 Tis the season to be .... present. It's almost, almost Christmas and its that time of the year when we put down our tools, pens and laptops, to be with family and friends, or to just be. Being present is the best gift we can give to another human being and so to be fully present is to be consciously aware beyond the words people speak, observing gestures, noticing tone, seeing facial expression's.... 09.01.2022 It's time to put down the 3Ps - Pens, Phones, PC's for the holiday season. 2020 was the year of courage, stepping outside our comfort zone. Coaching and facilitating via zoom became the norm. We launched our #leadinginisolation and #curatedconversations series co-authored with @Tim Collings and our reThink4.0 breakfast series with panel members @Nina Chalmers @Binh An Nguyen @Stefan Lipkiewicz. I was honoured to become president for my BNI chapter, we rolled out PQfactor a...cross a number of client sites, we got to host a conference which was a whole lot of fun as well as doing the stuff we LOVE, coaching leaders! And we spent time learning, expanding our credentials. We will kick off 2021 by launching our HeartMath Resilience program and an updated website. To everyone we have crossed paths with this year, whether it be f2f, zooming, virtually, socially or otherwise thank you for your support, friendship and collaboration.
