They rescue, foster and re-home cats and kittens from all sorts of situations; sometimes families can no longer care for their animals, while sometimes animals are simply abandoned. 14.01.2022 Member Update: COVID-19 (SA) Protecting the health and wellbeing of our staff and members while continuing to maintain banking services is our utmost priority during COVID-19. At this time, we encourage members not to visit our South Australian branches, and to access banking services through internet banking, mobile banking app, or by contacting our National Contact Centre on 13 11 82 (or +61 8 8305 8305 from overseas) between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 4.30...pm Saturday (ACDT). If members need to withdraw cash, we encourage them to use ATMs or withdraw cash at supermarkets. Deposits and withdrawals are also available at Australia Post. While there have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 among our staff, we have instigated a range of measures to minimise potential transmission risks. - Effective 19/11/20 Flinders Street, Salisbury, Northpark, Seaford, Blackwood, Glenelg and Gawler branches will be temporarily closed. Staff will be relocated to other branches or our National Contact Centre. - Our branch staff will wear masks and in the instance where it is essential for a member to visit a branch, they must wear a mask. If a member does not have a mask, we will provide them with one. - Our mobile lenders, financial planners and relationship managers will use telephone and video calls for meetings with members. We will continue to follow expert advice to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 and will keep members updated as required. 13.01.2022 Due to the Melbourne Cup public holiday, our Warrnambool and Ballarat branches will be closed on Tuesday, November 3rd. Our other Victorian branches currently remain closed on Tuesdays during this time. Our National Contact Centre will still be available from 7:30am until 7:30pm (AEDT) and our social media team will be online during business hours.

10.01.2022 The Burnside Youth Concert Band is a fresh new addition to the People’s Choice Community Lottery in 2020. Recruiting young musicians, aged eight to 26, the band performs around 10 shows per year at key events around Adelaide. Performances include Australia Day, ANZAC Day and Christmas Day functions, as well as their very own annual Cabaret each September. Getting involved in the Community Lottery was a no-brainer for the band, with 100% of proceeds from selling tickets going ...straight to groups. Being solely a youth-run organisation, they admit that raising money is a challenge, however the Lottery provides solid support and makes fundraising simpler. Each time they perform, the Burnside Youth Concert Band lugs 60 music stands up and down stairs, so they hope to use funds raised to purchase trolleys to make this process easier.
