Before you turn on all your internal alarm bells, and project yourself into the worst possible (hasn’t happened yet) scenario. ... FLOAT. Let yourself be all accepting, lose, soft, yielding and pliable. Cos you know this will pass, all things do. Float above it, let it move you about a bit, in your relaxed state. And remember in these moments....you’re NOT drowning. You’ve just temporarily forgotten, how well you can swim.
