20.01.2022 NEW Introducing a new pépite exclusivea series of tableware handmade by Melbourne-based ceramicist Ella Reweti, created especially for pépite. The pieces in this collection are a continuation of Ellas existing series of corrugated vases and planters which draw inspiration from architectural forms. Ella makes stackable plaster moulds that can be used interchangeably in the slipcasting process to create a variety of forms. This process is an unusual iteration of slipcas...ting which is traditionally used to produce mass quantities of identical products. Although the pieces of Ellas range maintain an overall consistency in form and colour, the stacking nature of the moulds means that no two pieces are ever identical. Only available at pépite, link in bio by @pepiteshop
