25.01.2022 When you love your job so much its not a chore. You wake up excited for your day ahead, whom youll spend it with and the moments and memories youll get to make and capture. My heart was in this day from the moment Codie and Jesse booked me. Its all about your commitment to the client for me is what makes a great image, your assertiveness, the control. I bossed these two around all afternoon but to me, these are some of the best images Ive taken. When you have passion ...it shows and its here folks. My love for this job wont lesson, your money is well spent. I look after you, my team looks after you. We arent there just to photo and video, were there to move hair strands, refill drinks, carry your clutches, pick up your train, touch up your lipstick. Every detail matters to us every second of your day. So whilst these may seem like just Codie and Jesses photos from their wedding day, these are so much more in our eyes. Jordyn x

16.01.2022 A few words to you all from me When I picked up my camera for the first time in August 2017 I didnt think my business would grow how it has over the last three years. Ive met incredible people, photographed incredible images and made lifelong friends and memories Ill cherish forever. Whilst I sit here and reflect, Ive come to realise Ive really neglected myself within this time. Ive been so busy building this business that I forgot about me. ... Ive lost friendships, family and now the loss of my pregnancy its really opened my eyes. With this being said, I have decided 2021 will be my fourth and final year of Pepper Lane Studios. Whilst I love what I do so so much, the bullying, the harassment its all getting a little much so mentally I know this is good for me. I know this happens in every job, dont get me wrong BUT being the owner of my own company I feel the full force of it all and I no longer have a tolerance for it. This doesnt change any bookings for next year, I will still attend and capture your shoot and weddings with all my heart and soul, still give you everything you deserve and more but I wanted to let everyone know now that 2022 bookings wont happen. Whilst this is had been a very hard and challenging decision, finically its a positive, mentally its a positive also. I would love to start my own family and focus on that too. With this being said, now is the time to start thinking about booking us for the new year as after Christmas 2021 we will close our doors. Please be kind, I adore you all so much and I cant wait to enjoy my final 16 months with you all. Jordyn xx

14.01.2022 NOTICE I want to thank everyone whom has been kind and patient over the last few weeks. Its been very tiring, emotional and a lot of unknowns as well. I have come to realise in the last few weeks that although I love what I do so much, I need to look after me to which I have neglected to do over the last 24 months. (Thats a long time you guys )... So moving forward as far as bookings for 2021 goes, I will be having Sunday and Mondays off completely. Computer and phone free! This is for my sanity as well as to keep the love of photography here and strong! I know there are a few bookings next year on these days, dont worry youll be looked after and will not miss out on your booking, you will just be moved! (Weddings will of course not move and we will still attend them). Working 7 days a week doing 25+ sessions a week and weddings is tiring folks and I just want to make sure my personal life is not left to gather dust. I hope you can all understand this decision, we absolutely all need days off to recoup for the week ahead. I will finish out 2020 sessions as normal, Im still taking time to reschedule clients from my time off so please dont stress if you havent heard from me, we are just working out spaces. To avoid overbooking, our sunset sessions for 2020 are CLOSED. Studio sessions will continue to stay open until November to have all editing completed before Christmas. 04.01.2022 If I got asked what my absolute favourite thing was about my job, I would without a doubt say it's returning clients. I see Shannon more than once a year and this time around it was for her gorgeous maternity session to capture baby number three. We managed to cram in more than 6 months worth of catch up into sixty minutes and it honestly feels like no time has past. These guys have supported me from when I was a baby business just starting out and I will forever be grateful.... I can't contain my excitement that they'll be in the studio in less than 8 weeks getting newborn photos as a family of FIVE!!!!! 02.01.2022 || BAILEY TURNS ONE || This gorgeous cherub is one on Sunday and we had his precious face in our studio this morning for his smash and splash shoot. Mum wanted a pastel theme for the set up and went with yellow, green, blue and white and it was stunning. There wasn't much cake left and plenty of splashes to finish up our session, Bailey exceeded all my expectations. ... Thank you so much Emily Reed for coming in this morning with your little man. Sixty minutes of fun and energy which got us the most perfect images!!!
