23.01.2022 A 50th cake for a Manly Sea Eagles supporter - milk chocolate mud cake covered in chocolate ganache and fondant. Decorations were made using gum paste and edible images.

23.01.2022 A 21st "Freckle" cake - the bottom tier is 4 layers of white chocolate mudcake, filled and iced with white chocolate ganache and covered with hundreds & thousands. The top tier is 3 layers of caramel mudcake, filled and iced with caramel ganache and covered in fondant. The 21 decoration is gumpaste, covered with Royal icing and hundreds & thousands.

22.01.2022 A simple birthday cake- milk chocolate mud cake, iced with chocolate ganache and decorated with handmade chocolate truffles and Cadbury Flake.

20.01.2022 An engagement cake - the bottom tier is milk chocolate mud cake, iced with milk chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. The top tier is caramel mudcake, iced with caramel ganache and covered in fondant. The cake is decorated with hessian and lace ribbon, and simple handmade doves.
