23.01.2022 Hi Guys, I hope Friday finds you fit and well. As promised, there are lots of changes and challenges ahead for PEPT in 2018.... The first of those changes will the evening sessions for 2018. We’ve negotiated a fantastic deal and alliance with Anytime Fitness Five Dock. I’ll run you through the options when we meet up on Monday and during the week. But for now all the major changes are as follows; Session times for the evening (Mon- Fri) will now be; 7.00pm-7.45pm 8.00pm -8.45pm The venue for our sessions will be Anytime Fitness Five Dock. We have a dedicated Functional Training Room with awesome equipment at our disposal. The location address is 169 Great North Road, Five Dock. Access to Anytime Fitness will be on the basis of a Guest / Visitor. Appropriate access forms will need to be completed upon your arrival. So please come a few minutes early, (bring a pen). 21.01.2022 Hi Guys, As from 1/2/18..The new address for PEPT is; 13 George St, North Strathfield NSW 2137 - Level 1, Kicks. This applies for 5.30am and 9.30am sessions.... The evening sessions are located at 169 Great North Rd, Five Dock NSW 2046 - Anytime Fitness Five Dock. The session commences at 7.00pm. Regards Bruce
